Booked a trip had to cancel and did so within the time frame to get a refund and not only have they refused to give our money back they just blatantly ignore all emails and calls to work it out so have now hired a lawyer to get my money back they are now threatening me repeatedly to remove this post warning others of their conduct by a solicitor they dug up in Western Australia who has sent me a letter demanding I sign it or else. Google reviews are a public platform so individuals can let others know of their experience good or bad. In this case my experience was bad very bad and not only did they refuse to refund my $10,000 they continue to threaten and harass me. My google review will stay exactly where it is...as it is an honest review of my experience and as you can see all my other reviews are all of a positive nature so it is not like I am in the habit of doing false bad reviews. I want my money back and I have been treated terribly by this company and most of their reviews especially since I wrote mine are fake reviews written by their employees which is easy to see if you look up the names.....so I am not the one lying to the public they are. I want my money back you have my bank account details so return it!!!

I tried repeatedly to ask about the trip to Italy with Lyndey Milan and I was given one short sharp response and then completely ignored. I see another review that says they were also ignored but also been ripped off so Im glad I didnt give them any money! No way to run a business at all. Dont steal people's money and dont ignore customers. So rude! You had my first review removed so hopefully others see this before you pay for this one to be removed again. Your positive reviews are from your own staff members so people should also be aware of that. I have sinced bookex a trip with another tour company and they have been amazing and also much cheaper than your over inflated prices.

Incredible experience! From booking through delivery and pickup amazing service.

Emanuela was informative and patient with all questions I had ahead of time, delivery of the bike itself was wonderful. Delivery man patient getting bike set up correctly. The bike itself was incredibly nice - relatively new, well maintained, thicker tires to prevent flat tires, a pump, patches, iPhone holder (which is essential or garmin holder). I asked for road bike clips - they worked to make sure they fit and left flat pedals just in case.

The area is a road bikers paradise for all skill levels! They have small one lane country roads for easy, scenic rides, they have flat roads, hills, and so many small towns to stop and enjoy if you choose. Beautiful hilly rides to the sea, or along beautiful scenic overlooks.

I had the pleasure of renting a road bike from Domenico at Southern visions in Polignano a Mare.
A first class company and a first class person to deal with.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in seeing by bike some of the beautiful towns and cities in this part of Puglia from Ostuni to the historical jewel that is Matera and plenty in between.
