Abbiamo noleggiato due e-bike. Il personale è stato gentile e super disponibile: abbiamo forato una gomma e ci hanno subito supportato, recuperato con un tuktuk in emergenza e fornito un'altra bike fino a fine noleggio. Fantastici!

We did a tuck tuck tour with this company and it was very basic, they barely provided any information on the stops they made and it didn’t last long. Would not recommend booking a ruck tuck tour with them.

We also booked a boat grotte tour with them and they canceled our reservation aprox 30min prior to the tour. They have a lame excuse saying that the water wasn’t cooperating but it wasn’t true because other tours were taking place that day. I think it’s because we booked online and their prices were different (cheaper) online than booking in person. If I were you, I’d avoid this company altogether and look for another tour company to bring you around Polignano!

It was bday surprise for my boyfriend and turned out just amazing.🤩 We rented 2 e-bikes and went to Alberobello by awesome country roads. Team Polignano made in love was so supportive and flexible with their schedules, especially Dionisio. Thank you guys for the experience and your positive vibe which is so important when u travel to another country. 🥹🥰😍

Rented 2 bikes for 2 days , last minute. He only had 2 left so best to reserve if possible. Nice owner who made sure the bikes fit us well. Had a fabulous time exploring the towns of Conversano , Monopoli and some lovely beaches to the south. What a fabulous 2 days !! Thanks for having a bike rental in town.

Eccellente! Abbiamo fatto il giro ieri con Domenico a cui va un ringraziamento speciale. Nonostante il caldo e la bambina piccola che aveva sonno si è reso più che disponibile assecondando con acuta sensibilità le nostre esigenze. Il giro è durato di più rispetto al programmato e lui si è mostrato preparato nel darci ogni tipo di informazioni e curiosità!

I can't recommend dionisio highly enough. when the beach we wanted to go to was unexpectedly closed, he helped us find another, even better beach and charged us a fair rate despite the long ride/return home. we ran into him a few more times throughout the trip and each time he was kind and bright and generous with his knowledge. really lovely experience.

Excellent company! We have done their orecchiette pasta class which was well organised and fun. We also did an tuktuk tour in the countryside and nearby villages. Our teenage boys enjoyed the ride and we learned a lot about the region and tried some delicious local treats on the way. The owner was extremely helpful when we needed to arrange health certificates for our trip home. Would definitely recommend!

The best spot in Polignano to rent bikes and arrange a fun day out! The package including boat ride, risciò tour and olive oil tasting with aperitif is so good and great value for money. Super friendly staff. We dealt with Dionisio for the most part, he is very professional and fun, and has lots of knowledge to share on the history of Pilignano. He speaks great English as well. Definitely recommend this spot.

Volevamo noleggiare un'auto, ci è stata confermata disponibilità di un vasto parco autovetture che poi si è rivelato talmente scarso che è stato ridotto ad una sola. Nonostante quest'ultima non facesse proprio al caso nostro, abbiamo comunque accettato ed abbiamo ricevuto conferma di orario e data da noi richiesti, con la promessa di ricevere una chiamata direttamente da parte del noleggiatore per i dettagli. Oltre al fatto di non averla ricevuta, siamo tornati il giorno dopo in agenzia e, ignari di tutto, ci riconfermano una nuova chiamata. Quando, finalmente, il noleggiatore ci ha chiamato ci ha indicato un orario diverso da quello da noi desiderato (che era stato confermato dall'agenzia). Viste che le nostre richieste (confermate più volte dall'agenzia) sono venute meno, abbiamo dovito ripiegare per un'altra soluzione, creandoci non pochi problemi. Oltretutto evitare di prenotare tour in barca con loro, si pagano 10€ in più a persona, solo per una chiamata all'operatore. Metto 1 stella per il servizio taxi con il calessino, che almeno ci ha portato dal centro storico al porto e viceversa al "modico" prezzo di 15€.
