Google Abbiamo preso due bici, pochi giorni dopo siamo dovuti tornare a farci gonfiare le gomme perchè sgonfie, i sellini sono scomodissimi e fanno venire male al fondoschiena.
Sicuramente la prossima volta ci organizzeremo in modo diverso.

Google Abbiamo noleggiato due e-bike. Il personale è stato gentile e super disponibile: abbiamo forato una gomma e ci hanno subito supportato, recuperato con un tuktuk in emergenza e fornito un'altra bike fino a fine noleggio. Fantastici!

Google I booked the tour for 10.00 am, coming one hour on the train with my Mom that is 85 years old and my 6 years old little one.
First, I receive a message that the tour will be delayed a few minutes. Then, that the tour will start at 11.00 am. After a bit, that the tour will start at 12. No discount offered. When we got to the meeting point, no water offered, like in other tours we took.
So instead of starting the tour in the morning, as we booked, we were forced to start the tour when the temperature was higher and less bareable.
The tour was short, with absolutely no historical information, just 4 places to take photos and that was all. The tuk tuk was driven fast, with absolute no consideration for us, the passengers.
I am very disappointed and I feel I wasted my money. The whole experience was a fiasco. I don’t recommend it.

Google Wir haben 2 Räder für mehrere Tage ausgeliehen. Leider sind alle Räder in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (Bremsen, Gangschaltung kaputt), sodass wir mehrmals zurück und die Räder tauschen mussten. Der Preis (20 Euro) ist völlig unangemessen. Das Personal war unheimlich freundlich, hat auch bei Pannen unterstützt. Leider kam der Manager uns preislich nicht entgegen, also am besten nix dort ausleihen oder vor Fahrtantritt wirklich alles selbst checken, ob alles Wichtige funktioniert.
Trotzdem hatten wir sehr viel Spaß für ganz viel Geld!

Per quanto riguarda il noleggio, siamo sicuri che la bici sia partita dal nostro ufficio integra. Può succedere, comunque, che le ruote si forino durante il percorso ma in questo caso nessuno ne ha colpa.

Google Pas très pro, nous sommes passés à l agence pour réserver un bateau mais les 2 filles semblaient dormir et pas très bien réveillées … du coup nous sommes repartis

Google We did a tuck tuck tour with this company and it was very basic, they barely provided any information on the stops they made and it didn’t last long. Would not recommend booking a ruck tuck tour with them.
We also booked a boat grotte tour with them and they canceled our reservation aprox 30min prior to the tour. They have a lame excuse saying that the water wasn’t cooperating but it wasn’t true because other tours were taking place that day. I think it’s because we booked online and their prices were different (cheaper) online than booking in person. If I were you, I’d avoid this company altogether and look for another tour company to bring you around Polignano!

Our partners check the sea conditions everyday in order to confirm or to cancel boat tours giving priority to the safety of our guests, to avoid people to be sick due to the rough water and to let them enjoy the experience. Other companies do not care, their only interest is to make money, that's the difference.
We're also so sorry that you didn't enjoy the TukTuk tour.

Trekking bike: 10€ mezza giornata, 20€ full day
E-bike: 20€ mezza giornata, 30€ full day.
