I had a really poor experience with the bike technician whilst renting a full suspension MTB. When collecting the bike at no point did anyone ask my weight in order to setup the suspension which was a bit of a red flag. Once the bike was handed over to me, I found that the suspension was setup for a rider about 40kg lighter than me with a sag of about 65%. I therefore asked for more air to be put into the suspension, the technician clearly did not understand how to setup suspension as when he put the shock pump onto the suspension, he claim it was correctly set. It is clear that he didn't understand that different weight riders require a different shock pressure. He let some air out and then gave it about 5 pumps making the whole process pointless. I had to give up arguing at this point and go for my ride. I soon realised that the suspension setup was simple dangerous on the trails in this area, I am surprised I didn't have an accident tbh. Eventually I found a bike shop on route who were kind enough to check it for me. They found that the shock required an additional 50% of air for a rider my weight. After this the ride was completely different and started to be enjoyable. It's a real shame that half of my ride was ruined by the technicians lack of understanding and was willing to put a customer in danger like this. Not only that but the damage this could do to the bike is something he should really consider.

I want to make a note that the other 2 staff I interacted with were lovely. The lady in the shop was really helpful and the young guy working alongside the technician was super friendly.

Other than the suspension issue, the bike was in good condition and I had no issues with it.

Una stella perché 0 non si può.

Arrivati alla struttura bici, ci mandano al negozio dall'altra parte della piazza a ritirare gomitiere e ginocchiere.

Abbiamo perso almeno 40 Min per avere 4 paia di uno e dell'altro.
La signora che ci ha assistiti era in continua confusione su cosa avesse in negozio e cosa ci stesse continuando a far provare.
Attrezzature tra l'altro da noi richieste precedentemente via email giorni prima...ma che troviamo contate e per giunta di taglie sbagliate e di modelli molto scomodi.
Alla richiesta di poter usarne un paio nuovo come si fa in questi casi, ci viene fatto capire che o ci facevamo andare bene queste o dovevamo andare in giro senza protezioni!

Ma non è finita qui.

Torniamo al negozio di bici e ci vengono forniti caschi integrali (come richiesto anch'essi via mail in fase di prenotazione) 3 su 4 di taglie totalmente sbagliate.
Uno era per bambini di più o meno 10 anni!

Ovviamente, come nel precedente negozio sempre loro, non ce n'erano altri, per cui l'unica opzione è stata scegliere una protezione minore con un casco aperto classico (fortunatamente tra i pochi che erano rimasti, abbiamo trovato taglie giuste).

No, non è ancora finita.

Dopo averci sbattuto fuori in fretta e furia con le bici, senza rifornirci nemmeno del cavo di ricarica, se non alla nostra richiesta, ci incamminiamo per fare il giro.

Torniamo e ci fanno notare che una bici aveva un danno palesemente dovuto al meccanismo interno del pezzo interessato, dovuto probabilmente ad usura, dato che non presentava alcun segno di urto nella parte esterna. Hanno voluto i soldi del danno. 50€, poi diventati 30€ contrattando, per una leva del freno che a detta del titolare sarebbe costata 70€! Incoerenza, non beneficienza.

Materiale scarso evidentemente.

Mi sento fortemente di sconsigliarlo se sì vuole avere un'esperienza comoda e sicura.

Noi purtroppo non conoscendo la zona e i negozi, abbiamo scelto quello più economico. Evidentemente questo è uno di quei casi in cui probabilmente sarebbe stato meglio spendere un po' di più, anche perché peggio di così non poteva andare.

Esperienza pessima. Arrivati al noleggio, nonostante avessimo prenotato online gomitiere e ginocchiere, ci sono state fornite misure non adatte perché, a loro dire, erano le uniche rimaste. Inoltre, avevo prenotato 4 caschi integrali, ma ce ne è stato consegnato soltanto uno.

Ciliegina sulla torta, ci hanno chiesto 50 € per la sostituzione di una molla del freno:
un danno probabilmente dovuto alla normale usura del mezzo e non a una rottura causata da noi.

Un’esperienza decisamente deludente e un servizio che non mi sento di consigliare.

Personal increíblemente amable!! Llegamos ayer a las 18:30, cerraban a las 19:00. Tenían gente antes y se les hizo un poco tarde, aún así el personal es tremendamente amable, se preocupaban por todo, aún estando ya cerrados fueron a buscar más material para ofrecernos. A mí compañero le midieron y ajustaron todos los reglajes a la perfección, incluso le tocó estrenar tabla de snow.
Tanto el chico como la chica fueron muy muy amables y agradables.
Un 10, no buscaría otro sitio en todos los alrededores.

Min bror havde lejet et par stive, lange carving ski, men udlejeren havde ikke sagt at man overhovet ikke må hoppe med dem. Vi vidste jo ikke at man ikke måtte hoppe så da der fx var pukler hoppede min bror på nogle af dem. Vi skulle ned og aflevere skiene da udlejeren spurgte om vi havde hoppet med dem. Han sagde at bunden af skiene var bugede og vi sagde at hvis han havde sagt at man slet ikke måtte hoppe havde vi selvfølgelig ikke hoppet. Vi skulle betale 280 euro pga af skaden

I recently had an absolute lifesaver experience here, and I just have to shout it from the mountaintops! My beloved ski boots, which have been with me through countless epic powder days and heart-pounding runs, were on the brink of retirement due to snapped ratchet strap and those guys fine me a suitable replacement with in 5 sec :-) Thank you for saving my vacation!

I had an issue with tubeless tyres and they very kindly and friendly helped me on Sunday without any waiting time, took the wheels instantly and fixed them perfectly for a very reasonable price. And also spoke english perfectly which also helped. All in all, saved the day, highly recommended!
