Ho noleggiato 4 bici qualche giorno fa con la mia famiglia per fare un giro sull’Alpe di Siusi. Ad un certo punto la mia bici non si accendeva più… forse per un problema… forse perché si era scaricata… fatto sta che ho telefonato subito al negozio e in 10 min il ragazzo mi ha raggiunto con un’altra bicicletta! Servizio impeccabile! Non do 5 perché al loro negozio in paese, dove ci eravamo inizialmente rivolti, non sono molto affabili e fanno fatica a parlare e capire l’italiano… questa la trovo una grande pecca!

We rented 2 e-bikes and one of them had a problem with the chain. It kept coming off the entire time, not enjoyable. We asked for a refund or if they could compensate in some way and the staff was very rude about it. They just said we should have called during the ride, which we would have done if the information was clear. It felt like they didn’t want to help us at all. Would not recommend this place.

Mr Fill and his son Matteo run a superb business. Excellent ebikes and a very fair priced compared to nearby competitors. If it’s your first time, take their advice and do the basic route “reversed” as they say - it saves you lots of trouble by avoiding the treacherous downhill gravel parts by making them uphill. Thank you Sporthaus Fill!

Noleggio bici più conveniente di tutto il paese (si risparmia circa il 20% rispetto agli altri negozi). I caschi sono compresi nel prezzo. I gestori molto gentili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo

The team at Sporthaus Fill took excellent care of us for two days of e-mountain bike rentals. We reserved online, and they had everything ready for us when we arrived. Sabrina mapped out excellent routes with good stops for food. Also thanks to Peter for setting up our bikes. Would definitely use these guys every time!

Trudno ocenić. Próbowałem kupić upatrzony produkt w dniu 11 października, ok. 17:20. Jednakże drzwi były zamknięte, a Pan stojący za kasą już nie chciał wpuścić, mimo że sklep jeszcze powinien być czynny (do 18:00).
