The lady at the front desk was incredibly, incredibly kind — thank you so much!! 🥺🫶🫶🫶 I completely forgot to ask your name, but I’m genuinely so grateful to you. You honestly saved my life!!

I also highly recommend this place to anyone driving here and looking to rent an e-bike. The prices are very reasonable too. She was so thoughtful and patient, carefully explaining how to use the bikes and which routes to take.

Even the guy at the front desk who helped us choose our helmets was adorable — he actually picked different helmets for each of us to match the colours of our clothes. Such a cute and thoughtful little detail!

We had such a lovely experience here. Highly recommended! 💕

We rented electric bikes at the very last minute, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. They responded immediately to our request and made everything very easy and enjoyable.

The e-bikes were perfect for exploring the area, and we had an amazing time riding around the entire Alpe di Siusi valley. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish! 🏆
They helped us choose great twin-tip skis for my sons and my wife, and sorted out a complicated binding issue on my skis quickly and with real expertise.

Professional and friendly - highly recommended!

Another great touch - one day they even treated everyone after skiing. Such a cool and welcoming atmosphere! 🤩
