​I rented bikes from Sport Hans during my trip, and I cannot praise them enough for their incredible service from start to finish.

​Here is what makes them stand out:

​Warm & Helpful Staff:
On the day we picked up our bikes, the staff greeted us with a welcoming and friendly attitude. They took the time to give us clear, easy-to-understand instructions on how to use the electric motors, making the transition effortless even if you're new to e-bikes.

​Great Value & Top-Condition Equipment:
The bikes themselves were in fantastic, well-maintained condition. They rode smoothly, handled the terrain brilliantly, and offered exceptional value for the price.

​Going Above and Beyond (Life-Savers!):
The true highlight of my experience happened after our rental. I accidentally left my DJI device behind. The team at Sport Hans went completely out of their way to track it down, secure it, and safely ship it back to me.

​Finding a rental shop with great equipment is one thing, but finding a business with this level of honesty, care, and customer support is rare. If you need bike rentals in the area, look no further—Sport Hans is the absolute best!

לקחנו חמישה זוגות אופני הרים חשמליים, התייעצתי איתם מראש במייל על אופניים שאני לוקחת והם ענו באדיבות.

שימו לב טוב טוב לכושר הרכיבה שלכם, נגיד הוא לא קיים אז אפילו עליות באופניים חשמליות הן קשות (צריך לדעת לשים לב להילוכים להיות בהילוך נמוך ולעלות הכי הרבה כוח כמובן באופניים). גם ירידות יכולות להיות קצת מפחידות ומלחיצות. אנחנו יצאנו מהם שמאלה והיה לנו הרבה ירידות ולכן בחזור גם הרבה עליות לא הצלחנו לעשות את כל הסיבוב של 4 שעות שהמליצו.

לשים לב אם יוצאים שמאלה או ימינה מאצלם ולבקש לסמן במפה לאן כדאי ללכת בהתאם לרמה שלכם.

צריך לקחת בחשבון שמה שמבחינתם זה מסלול קל זה לא לכל אחד. ממליצה למי שלא בשיא כושר רכיבה לא לרדת מהכבישים. הירידה בעפר וחצץ קצת קשה ואז צריך לעלות הכל חזרה.

באופן כללי ברגע שיוצאים מהרכבל אחר כך יש ירידות גם אם הן על כביש עשויות להיות מפחידות לחלק מהאנשים ואז העליות יכולות להיות קצת קשות אז שווה אולי להתפצל לפי רמות או לפחות לדעת את זה כשיוצאים לדרך.

יש להם גם שירות ב-30 יורו שהם יכולים לאסוף אתכם עם האופניים אם ממש חייבים. לא השתמשנו בסוף..

War heute auf der Seiser Alm unterwegs und es hat sich an der Motorhalterung vom EBike eine Distanzhülse verabschiedet. Der Mitarbeiter vor-Ort war fachlich richtig gut drauf und hat das mal kurz dazwischen geschoben, dafür vielen Dank. Super Service und preislich absolut fair. Wenn ihr auf der Seiser Alm unterwegs seid und ein Problem am Bike habt, seid ihr hier gut aufgehoben.

We were lucky to be able to rent e-bikes by the hour as it was out of season and we were only spending a couple of hours in the area.

Excellent service, high quality bikes and easy online registration.

The views are breathtaking and it’s an incredible way to spend time out in nature, the peace and quiet, surrounded by such majestic mountains and the beautiful meadows!
Highly recommended!

Ich habe bei Sport Hans ein Fahrrad für meinen Mann gekauft und bin rundum zufrieden! Der Kontakt war von Anfang bis Ende super – sogar nach dem Kauf immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und total unkompliziert.
Wir haben das Fahrrad auch an zweiter Stelle prüfen lassen und es ist in einem rundum guten Zustand!
Der Inhaber, Samuel, ist noch ein Händler mit „Handschlagqualität“. Professionell und gleichzeitig angenehm persönlich im Umgang

If you are planning to rent equipment, they do a great job, especially the technicians, who are knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to choosing the right gear for your needs.

However, if you are considering making a purchase, I would suggest avoiding this place. The sales staff do not really listen to the customer. If something does not fit your requirements, they still try to push the sale rather than offering suitable alternatives. It feels like their priority is selling, not ensuring the customer’s best interest.

Die Frau wollte neue Ski und hatte auch schon ein Modell im Auge - Hans riet jedoch, zuerst einige Ski zu testen. Unkompliziert konnte sie einige Zeit verschiedene Ski fahren und ist letztlich mit einem von Hans empfohlenen Modell glücklich. Danke für das Happy Wife!
Ich testete bei der Gelegenheit verschiedene Ski gleich mit, war jedoch als langjähriger Skifahrer von den Probanden nicht ganz überzeugt. Und dann kam Hans: bitte probiere diese noch! Danke Hans für die Überzeugungsarbeit, es war eine gute Empfehlung für einen guten Preis.
Und statt mir neue Stöcker zu verkaufen, hat er mir meinen Stock repariert. Selten erfahren wir noch so einen Service! Ausdrückliche Empfehlung: ausprobieren!

Ist absolut empfehlenswert!Nette und freundliche Bedienung inkl.Chef selbst!Bin bei wegfahren aus Parkplatz gg. Werbeschild gegengefahren und meine Heckscheibe ist kaput gegangen...die Mitarbeiter waren sofort da,haben Splitter aufgeräumt,Tesa und Folie besorgt und mir geholfen die Heckklappe abzukleben!!!Das nennt man SERVICE!!So bin ich reibungslos nach Hause(700Km) gefahren ohne jegliche Probleme.
