Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Before booking, we specifically asked the guide which package would be suitable for our kids and relied on her professional advice. Unfortunately, they were not allowed to finish all three parcours included in the package because the guide wanted to go on her lunch break. Even after her break, she did not want to let the kids complete the last parcours.

We asked whether we could at least get the price difference refunded, but she refused, saying that she had already informed us about the time limit. But how were we supposed to know how long the parcours would take? That is exactly why we asked the guide in advance — she is the expert, not us.

Later, I also noticed signs directly at the parcours stating considerably longer estimated durations. This made the advice we received beforehand even more questionable.

The biggest disappointment was that, after advising us on the package, the guide did not try to find any reasonable solution when it became clear that the kids could not complete everything.

Unfortunately, the experience was less about the climbing itself and more about poor organisation, inadequate advice and a lack of customer service…
