A lovely experience!
We came in winter and it was cold, and this was the only company that agreed to rent us a boat — all the other companies were not operating.
Wonderful service.
You receive an instructional video explaining the rules, and before the trip the staff member films the engine’s propeller to make sure it hasn’t been damaged by stones if you got too close to the shore.

Sehr gute Beratung einer Jungen Frau Vorort. Ich hatte 8 Std. Ein Boot und habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt, Dank der guten Kommunikation werdend der Fahrt. Die boote sind mit GPS ausgestattet und ich habe wahnhinweise bekommen wenn ich mich in gefahren bereiche reingefahren bin obwohl es klar kommuniziert wurde aber wenn mann das nicht so einschätzen kann war es eine sehr gute Unterstützung.

Ich würde immer wieder hier ein Boot mieten. Top

Good boat, well maintained and as described. Good service. Make sure boat is fully fueled before you leave (needle mashed against end stop) . We missed this and got stung on return for the top up. Other than that all good. Forget going ashore unless you really know how to deal with a bow-to or stern-to mooring that’s sprung off. Take a picnic and water with you and enjoy a float on the lake.

The location and equipment were generally satisfactory, but my experience was seriously affected by the behaviour of one staff member (male, bearded, larger build). Upon returning the boat, he was disrespectful and distracted me during the important process of safely parking the boat, which was concerning for safety.
What troubled me most was the noticeable difference in how he treated me compared to white customers. I perceived this disrespect and dismissive attitude as possibly rooted in racial bias. Such behaviour, if true, reflects poorly on the company and raises concerns about whether all customers are truly respected and welcomed.

Vor zwei Wochen haben wir bei Gardrentboat ein Boot gemietet – und was soll ich sagen? Es war einfach traumhaft! 🛥️☀️ Trotz eines kleinen technischen Problems hat das Team sofort und völlig unkompliziert geholfen, ohne großes Tamtam. Genau so wünscht man sich Service: schnell, freundlich und absolut professionell.

Dank dieser tollen Unterstützung konnten wir unseren Tag auf dem Gardasee in vollen Zügen genießen. Die 6 Stunden vergingen wie im Flug – viel zu kurz für so viel Spaß, Sonne und Entspannung auf dem Wasser! 🌊⛰️

Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – ihr seid spitze! 🙌

Abusive and dishonest behavior from garda rent boat : I strongly advise against renting with this boat owner. Our booking was automatically confirmed by Click&Boat after we had already paid for another boat, despite the clear scheduling conflict. I immediately informed the owner by phone and WhatsApp — they even replied so they were perfectly aware of the situation — yet they are now refusing to acknowledge to the booking platform that the rental never took place, and pretend they reserved the boat for a full day.

I paid for a full day for a boat that i have never used….

Absolutely Amazing made my weekend. i booked through a 3rd party service and when we showed up they didn’t have my booking but She recognized that it was her boat even without booking confirmation. Gave us an upgraded boat and told us we will worry about payment after. fought all day on the phone for me while i was on the water and by the time i got back was refunded from the 3rd party and ended up with a better boat better price and a amazing experience. will never rent on Garda with anyone else

Nous mettons 2 étoiles car malgré la belle sortie en famille j’ai été déçu de l’accueil avec une certaine froideur dans l’échange, nous avons ressenti un manque de chaleur dans la prise en charge. En essayant de communiquer nous avions l’impression d’embêter la dame de l’accueil.
Puis par la suite, notre bateau qui devait pouvoir diffuser les musiques préférées des enfants en Bluetooth ne fonctionnait pas et en demande de l’aide par what’s app, la considération à notre égard fut encore une fois décevant ne réglant pas notre problème puis au retour quand je l’ai dit à l’équipe de réception du bateau, il n’avait pas l’air d’être embêté par ce souci de musique. Nous avions aussi la porte de la cabine qui ne fermait pas don odeur d’essence très forte…mise à part cela la ballade s’est bien déroulée.

We had an amazing experience renting a boat here! Despite booking last-minute and arriving a bit late due to traffic, the team handled everything perfectly. They were very friendly and had already sent us all the information we needed via phone.

When we arrived, everything was ready and waiting. After a clear and helpful explanation, we walked to the back of the harbor where the boat was prepared for us. Before departure, we even got the chance to take photos of the propeller and the boat's condition very professional and transparent!

Everything was well organized from start to finish, and the service was excellent. We had a fantastic day out on the lake and will definitely be coming back again!

Highly recommended!
