Lovely shop owner by lovely people.
Marco and Beatrice are both really helpful and the shop is full of interesting things. Old bikes, scooters and cool bits of clothing etc.

After understanding and agreeing on conditions and having the e-bikes presented to us, the shopkeeper suddenly started questioning us with regards to destinations we were going to travel to. I momentarily confused the names of local villages, to which the shopkeeper started waving her hands and declared as it was allegedly too much of a distance, she would not rent to us any of her gear (!!). Then she simply walked away without giving further attention to what we tried to say (literally she turned her back to us right after she finished her speech). Until the incident, we were are the impression she regarded us as intruders instead of customers. Fortunately, a while later we snatched the same gear and at a cheaper price from a local tour guide leaving nearby. We ended up having a great time, but just regretted wasting any of our time at this shop (which btw is being recommended all across the area by wine resort managers).

Great experience.
V friendly staff, (Beatrice & Marco), great cycles, everything you need is provided as well as a map and advice on routes.
We asked to keep the bikes an extra day as we had such a great time :-)
We cycled 50km with LOTS of steep hills in one day with the battery still 1/3 full on return, (Bergamont E-Revox 4).
Would certainly rent again from them.

Great bikes and friendly and helpful service. We rented for 4 days and Marco and Beatrice suggested many bike route options. We dropped the bikes back every day and they took care of the charging and maintenance. Thank you Beatrice and Marco we hope to ride again in Greve sometime in the near future.

They are 30 years in the business. That is probably because they really know how to provide top notch service. For families and picky amateurs.
