I booked and paid for a private hot air balloon flight, based on the official price list provided directly by the operator. What I received, however, was a shared group flight – a completely different product in both value and experience.

Instead of a professional response, I was met with sarcasm and the explanation that the error was due to outdated information from a third-party supplier. Responsibility was shifted elsewhere rather than being taken by the party who sold and confirmed the service.

In my view, it is unprofessional to advertise one service, deliver another, and then refuse appropriate compensation. A business should stand behind its own communications and take accountability for the products it sells.

If you’re considering booking here, be cautious and don’t rely blindly on what’s promised.

5 stars! We were able to go in without a reservation to rent E-bikes with no problem. The bikes were in great shape and we were given some tips on where to ride as well. Overall great experience!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Chianti Live in Radda in Chianti! I rented a Vespa and couldn't be happier with the service. It's a lovely family-run business, and everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming. The Vespa was in great condition and perfect for exploring the beautiful Chianti countryside. What really stood out was the personal touch—the owner's son even dropped us off at our accommodation after the rental, which was so thoughtful. Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking for a fun, reliable way to explore!

We enjoyed a day riding red Vespa to various places recommended by the staff. And also made a detour to Sienna. The country roads were so beautiful. They even emailed us the Google maps route and added the phone holder. In total 70€ rent (a day) and 5€ from fuel (low consumption). We really enjoyed the travel, thank you!

We booked a Vespa tour from Chianti live and we had an unbelievable experience. Our tour guide Luca was not only personable but also took us to the most amazing locations that radda in Chianti has to offer. He made us feel comfortable and told us to ride at our own speed. The entire tour from start to finish exceeded our expectations. We stopped by a vineyard where we were served lunch at Lorenzo’s property and it truly was the highlight of our honeymoon. We are so grateful to have had this seamlessesly fun, safe, and reliable tour to look forward to.

Awful experience! Dishonest people who charged us 600€ for imaginary damages to a vespa. Been threatened with legal action if payment was not made (within 48hours). Run away.

Fantastic day and Tour, our tour guide Luca took us to some great places,and the going was easy with the electric bike!
It’s such a great way to enjoy Tuscany!
Very enjoyable rustic lunch with Luciano at his family’s Winery Poggio san Polo,we had 4 great wines to try
