We had a terrific time cycling with Elizabeth from Tuscany bicycle travel. She was patient and allowed us to go at our own rate, helped us understand how to use the bikes and showed us great scenery along the way as well as stopping at a bed-and-breakfast, which was extremely interesting. We would gladly take another tour when we come back. Thank you so much. I would recommend the service highly to all.

It was a great experience from start to finish with Tuscany Bicycle. They were very thorough from the outset in explaining everything, and collecting the bikes on the first of our two days of cycling was straightforward and easy.

The quality and standard of the bikes were superb, and the routes selected for us to follow on GPS allowed us to get the most out of our two days of cycling. The routes were fantastic and gave us the opportunity to enjoy some beautiful scenery along the way.

We would not hesitate to recommend Tuscany Bicycle to anyone looking for a great cycling experience in Tuscany.

Great selection of bikes and will deliver to your hotel room. The bike I rented was in excellent condition and the staff was great in answering any questions I had. Highly recommended if you're planning to do some cycling around the white roads of Tuscany.

Really great e-bikes that we rented for 3 days. Easy and safe to use on the Tuscan roads. Easy and good communication all the way. Great service for delivery and pick-up (allthough a bit expensive). We missed locks for the bikes meaning we had to bring them close with us all the time.

Awesome bike and service! Luca is really quick to respond and is super helpful making sure you understand the rental. The bike was as advertised and in perfect shape - not a single issue riding for two weeks. Francesco was awesome for getting me the bike and setting up a meeting location for pickup and drop off. He set the bike up for me quickly and had all the components I asked for when I reserved on the website. All in all - exactly what you ask for and delivered professionally. Great company, highly recommend!!

Definite thumbs up! The gravel bikes we hired were in good condition, We had 0 punctures (or mechincal problems) over 4 days of punishing riding on strada bianchi. Excellent VFM !

Extremely disappointed with this service. We booked 2 bikes for 5 days in Italy with a drop off service to our hotel. Had arranged for the hotel to receive the bikes prior to our arrival, and store them until we arrived. However when the bikes arrived Ciclismoplus refused to leave them at the hotel without us being there. There was no communication stating we were required to be present for drop off or pick up.

They then were not able to drop off the bikes until the next day and forced us to pay an additional 70 Euro fee to drop off the bikes, and they would not discount the total cost of the rentals for day we were unable to ride. When chatting with the owner he was extremely rude and aggressive.

A positive note, the man that dropped off the bikes was very friendly and gave us some route ideas for the area. as well, we provided our measurements before the trip, and the bikes were set up perfectly with no adjustments required.

The arrival of the bikes was exactly at the scheduled time.
The condition of the bikes was great. Special thanks to Francesco who gave a supreme survice in fitting the bikes to our wishes.
So we had a wonderful experience in the Chianti region.

We did the wine tour. Was one of the highlights of our trip. The bikes were great and Elizabeth was amazing! I learned so much and enjoyed getting to see the countryside. Would absolutely recommend!
