I booked a fairly last minute e-bike rental with this company in November and was so glad I did! A staff person met us in the morning to make sure we were all set up and had everything we needed, and provided us with a detailed, scenic route to take through the countryside. The route was absolutely stunning, and we were grateful for the e-bikes to help us through the challenging and hilly terrain. Biking was so much more relaxing than driving around, and allowed us to take our time, pause and enjoy the scenery at various points. I appreciated how easy it was to communicate with the rental shop as well and how responsive they were. I would absolutely recommend this company and experience!

My wife and I rented some electric bikes here and the experience was amazing! Nicola was so nice and helpful. We originally just wanted to go to Siena and back but weren’t sure how to get there safely. Nicola not only showed us how to get there, he mapped out a scenic route that provided us with some stunning views. I would definitely recommend an electric bike if you aren’t an experienced cyclist though. The hills of Siena are very steep and our route took us on some fairly rough dirt roads. But even without a ton of cycling experience, my wife and I were able to power through a 35 kilometer route with plenty of time to stop and explore Siena. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up!

Service très professionnel et très attentionné !
L’un de nos 2 flyers est tombé en panne en plein milieu de la campagne. Nous avons contacté Chianti bike life qui était le concessionnaire le plus proche.
Il ne semblait pas y avoir de solution, mais notre Mac Gyver (selon ses termes) a réussi une réparation de fortune qui nous a permis de poursuivre nos vacances. Et pour un tarif raisonnable. Merci encore.

Tour fantastico! Grazie Nicola!
We did a guided e-bike tour to Castel Brolio and through the Chianti region, with lunch and wine tasting at the Vallepiccolia winery. Nicola was a great guide and led us off the main roads through beautiful landscapes. All in all, it was a truly wonderful tour and we would definitely do again!

We took a guided e-bike tour in the morning, visiting the Castello di Brolio and Castello di Cacchiano. Would definitely recommend!

Bikes were in top condition, and the guide adjusted his speed accordingly, stopped sometimes for the landscape & pictures, and gave information about the history and families of the region.

Every year we bike around Tuscany for a few months — one of us for the past 50 years (a professor at the U. of Siena), one of us for the past 30 years.

So we REALLY appreciate a local bike store that offers great service! Nicola knows bikes — and how to get them back on the road.

We are delighted to have found Chiante Bike Life and will rely on him going forward!

Ogni anno andiamo in giro per la Toscana in bicicletta per qualche mese: uno di noi da 50 anni (è professore all'Università di Siena), l'altro da 30.

Quindi apprezziamo MOLTO un negozio di biciclette locale che offre un servizio eccellente! Nicola se ne intende di biciclette e sa come rimetterle in strada.

Siamo felici di aver trovato Chiante Bike Life e continueremo a contare su di lui in futuro!

My wife and I loved our castles and vineyards e-bike tour with Nico! The mountain e-bikes were very nice and worked perfectly. Nico explained several interesting things about the local wine companies and their families, the Eroica bike race, and several castles! The e-bike assist allowed us to find our perfect level of exercise and allowed us to see and experience Tuscany in a different way than you can with a car, regular bike, or Vespa. Would definitely recommend to others.

Ho noleggiato una Garvel-Bike per un intero giorno e sono stato accontentato in pieno da Nicola che oltre ad essere super disponibile e flessibile in quanto a orari di ritiro e riconsegna, mi ha consigliato anche percorsi interessanti da raggiungere facendomi risparmiare tempo e permettendomi di vivere una gran bella giornata a suon di pedalate tra i paesaggi delle colline senesi .

Abbiamo affittato le bici (una gravel ed una ebike) per un bellissimo giro nelle colline del chianti. La traccia gpx mi è stata fornita dal proprietario del negozio che si è dimostrato gentilissimo e disponibile. L'ho contattato via wats up ed è venuto di domenica per consegna e ritiro bici.
