¡Hemos pasado un fantástico día de bicicleta y turismo gracias a Chianti Bicycles! Al alquilar las bicicletas nos recomendaron una ruta a seguir, con paradas en lugares preciosos y la que sería su elección para comer. Al poquito de empezar tuvimos un susto con la cadena de una de las bicicletas, y, en muy poco tiempo, vinieron a buscarnos con una nueva.

En resumen, ¡atención y experiencia de 10!

Nos llevamos un gran recuerdo, muchas gracias :)

Negozio eccellente, ci torno sempre con fiducia. Ho portato la mia eMTB, Scott Strike, più volte per riparazioni,l'ultima volta per raddrizzare il cerchio posteriore. Simone, il propietario, è competente, onesto e davvero appassionato: ti spiega cosa c’è da fare e risolve i problemi con cura. Si vede che dietro c’è esperienza vera e passione per il ciclismo. Lavoro impeccabile. Lo consiglio senza riserve a chiunque cerchi un punto di riferimento per la propria bici.

Very friendly and willing to help! We brought the wrong cycling shoes and they helped us figure out a solution and got us back out on our ride with directions for the best route to take. Took the time to make sure we we set up well after fixing. Could not have asked for better service! Thank you!

We stayed in Siena and Simone delivered and picked our bikes up from our apartment super punctual which allowed us a smooth start and end to our trip. The team was always reachable and super responsive. During our 4 day trip the chain of my bike broke. 2h later I had a new bike delivered to the spot. Amazing service. Thank you Chianti bikes!

Simone and the team were amazing, took care of al our wishes in regards of sizes, pedals etc… and offered to bring the bikes to our hotel the very same day. I honestly couldn't ask for more. They also have all sorts of bikes, from ebikes to gravel to steel bikes with a little bit more soul for those doing the Eroica.

Magnifique tour à vélo dans la région du Chianti, accompagné de notre guide Davide. Vélo électrique de qualité et adapté au parcours. Nous étions un groupe de 7 adultes. Peut-être moins adapté pour les enfants ! Davide a adapté le parcours en fonction de notre niveau. Il était aux petits soins pour l'ensemble des participants. Paysages magnifiques. Je recommande !!

We could not get on a tour (at short notice) so we did a self-guided tour. Navigation was relatively easy - ask the shop for tips. I do not normally use an ebike, but i am glad I did, as the terrain is very hilly!! It also meant we could cover more area (58km in 1 day). The route (similar to Chianti Classic tour) is on some busy roads, but the scenery is stunning - especially in golden Autumn. The bikes were like new and the people at the shop helpful (mostly through Google translate!)
You can test and adjust your bike in the car park across the road.

I rented a bike from them, yesterday. They brought the bike to our hotel and picked it up again. Great, clean bike, friendly staff and very good prices. Amazing service. Absolutely recommended.

We booked the Chianti Classic tour, 4 hours with wine tasting, and village/castle visit. Although the bike ride itself is nice and our guide was nice, what we did isn't really what was advertised. Warning, this is not a leisurely bike ride, we didn't ever stop for pictures, it's 4 hours of non-stop winding roads biking, we didn't really visit a village, the guide didn't inform us of any history (he was more so a professional biker rather than a guide), and mostly there was NO wine at all. We stopped for a castle visit and coffee, but we had to pay for it (not included like they made it seem on their website). The ride was beautiful but definitely not what we expected.
