Highly recommend if you are looking to rent bikes to explore Sicily, amazing service! We did a solo trip to climb Etna (from Linguaglossa). The bikes and extra gear we rented were delivered at our accommodation in Taormina. Bikes came with new tires and in great condition. We arranged to return the bikes same day at their shop, and even though we ended up delivering the bikes later than arranged, they waited for us and offered us a ride back to Taormina free of charge.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with the service. We sent a request to rent two bikes for the next day. When there was no reply by the evening, we rang them. No information could be given and we were told we would have to wait for an email. As we had not received an email by the start of the desired rental period, we drove to the shop the next morning. It was closed, although the internet said it was open. When we phoned again, we were told that we had to wait for a reply and obviously as an excuse that the enquiry was currently too big (end of December). A simple cancellation by email or on the phone would have been nice, then we could have rented bikes elsewhere.

I had the best time riding the tour of the wine yards with Marco!
While on holiday with my family I decided to enjoy some cycling and I’m happy I could do it in the company of such a skilled and nice guide! The landscape of course was amazing!
Cycling Sicily offered a good service and I can recommend it to everyone on holiday in the area!
The bike was not new but most importantly was in perfect order and really well adapted to my measurements: perfect for the day!

We rent two e-bikes from you at Unahotels Naxos Beach Sicilia in Giardini-Naxos for 2 days. Unfortunately, we had to return the e-bikes before 18:00 on the first day because an excursion we had already booked for the next day lasted until around 19:30-20:00. Even though we were staying at the Unahotels Naxos Beach Sicilia, just like you! Unfortunately, it was not possible to return/deposit the bikes afterwards and make an arrangement with your worker! We would have liked to have rented the two bikes for another 2 days.
Unfortunately, we would then have had to pay the full price (€144.00) for 2 days, even though we had to return the two e-bikes on the first day!
Our email and Whatsapp messages to you were ignored. Refund the overpaid € 72,00 (€ 144,00) to us, please.

Can not recommend the mtb bikes - old tires, bad suspension, bad brake pads. The road bikes looked better. Service was ok but don t forget 100€ cash depsosit. The helmet are really bad
For one day ok but never longer!

Good experiece with Cycling Sicily. People were friendly. Bike shop is a bit concealed within the resort. So take your time to find it. Road bike was good value for money.

In around 4 hours you can ride to the top of Etna and back. Safe some energy for the steep ramps up to 18% in de last two kilometers.

Rode Etna North face right up to Provenzana then onto Castiglione and surrounds, expertly guided by Daniele, super patient with me slowing at top of climbs despite him being an absolute gun cyclist, I learnt some Italian and he learnt some English, google translator saved us both a few times, the climbing is phenomenal 1900m elevation in just 45km! Wow! Scott road bike hired was in good shape. An incredible day out that would have to make my Top 3 rides of all time. Thankyou Cycling Sicily and Daniele, would highly recommend, these guys are the original in the area and the best! Worth every cent.

We had the most amazing day with Enrico road biking Mt Etna today! Enrico made sure we had the awesome road bikes like we own at home, so we would be comfortable on our ride. He swapped an e-bike in last minute for those who wanted, since Mt Etna can be a long difficult ascent for some! Enrico is super flexible and provides and really safe, fun and variable experience for anyone looking to bike while on vacation in Taormina! Thank you Enrico!!

Offrono un'esperienza unica per chi ama andare in bici. Abbiamo provato l'escursione "Il padrino" con le bici da corsa, è stato molto bello, il percorso è abbastanza facile e dura 3-4 ore, ma dovete affrontare diverse salite. Luigi è un bravissimo guida, attento e veramente professionale.

We rented road bikes for three days that Leonardo kindly brought to our accomodation in Taormina. He was very helpful and flexible in the organisation, and the bikes were well equipped and in good conditions. We had enjoyed rides up to Etna as well as on the coast following their great list of recommendations of routes. We gladly recommend Cycling Sicily and would definitely repeat anytime. The best rental in this area. Everything was smooth, nice and without problems. Leonardo is very helpful and speaks excellent English. The Scott bike was beautiful and capable and gave me a lot of joy. I will return to Sicily and return to Cycling Sicily. I recommend this place with all my heart. AGA

I was on a cruise and the ship was in the Giardini Naxos port for the day. On short notice I decided I’d try to get a mountain bike ride with Cycling Sicily. The team at Cycling Sicily was able to put together a ride with a rental bike. I rode with Leo through the hills/mountains above Giardini Naxos with a stop in Castelmola. It was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Good bikes. I took a road bike for two days to cycle on my own, but due to my own poor route selection I did not have a good time. The next week was much better when I did two tours with Marco - the Wine Tour and the Godfather Tour. Both decent challenges for someone used to the flat landscape of Berlin. Next year we will try Mt Etna!

Perfect communication and excellent bikes. Leonardo was really helpful by sending his location when delivering our bikes to our residence. Very knowledgeable about possible routes to bike. And very good quality Carbon bikes with ultegra group sets. Good prices (Incl. Delivery and pick up) as well. Definitely coming back next year again and to get KOM on Etna climb at one of the biking tours.

My husband and I did a guided ebike ride with Enrico at Cycling Sicily and it was fantastic! The scenery was stunning and the roads were smaller and almost absent of any cars.  We enjoyed talking with Enrico as he  led us through quiet, beautiful roads and went out of his way to make sure we had a perfect time. The bikes were in great shape and comfortable with good batteries. Enrico modified the route during the ride to fit the kind of riding we were interested in (longer ride, quiet, small roads). The ride was a highlight of our trip!  I can't recommend it enough. Thanks Enrico for such a wonderful day!

Great starting point to ride Etna Nord (Piano Provenza and Rifugo Citelli) from sea level.
Road bike and service was fine as well.
The store it self was a bit difficult to find though, it's somewhere behind a hotel.

If you like to make the climb even harder then take the first exit to Piano Provenza when you're close to the top, so you can experience 15% or higher grades for a few kilometers.

Got a Scott Carbon road bike with a hill climbing Ultegra casette for around €32 for the day. I couldnt even fly my own bike over for that . Super helpful staff who fitted correct pedals and made sure bike geometry was right before setting off up Mt Etna

A great place to rent bikes and hire guides for mountain biking. I rented for two days and finished my week with a great ride with Enrico; he is an expert guide and cool guy to hang out with. I highly recommend!
