Unfortunately I don't speak Italian. However the owner could speak English, he was friendly and efficiently fixed the problem I had.

Sehr Freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

They saved our bike trip from Sweden to Italy; Can't get the bad reviews, I had a totally different experience.
Actually, I have never experienced such a level of kindness and pragmatism in a bike shop.

Got a flat tire on my oddly-sized wheel, 27.5" with a 40 mm tyre. It's basically impossible to find a tube on stock for this size, you normally get only MTB tubes from 45 mm, unless you look online, which was not an option in my case.

Several shops around Trento suggested to change tyre for a wider one and use the appropriate tube; this was definitely the proper solution. I gave a last chance at Adhoc, they didn't have a 40 mm tube either, so I grabbed two new larger tyres.

The owner asked me which was the problem exactly, and i told him that the larger tube couldn'texpand in my tire and i was bouncing on the saddle. He replied "you definetely solve the problem with a larger tyre, but I must charge 40+ € per tyre, or... come here". He inflated the tube to 8 atm to fully seat the tyre bead, and then went down to the 2.8 atm I was using. "It's not done by the book, but it will let you continue without extra costs".
I have now pedalled over 1000 km on that tube without a single problem.
He didn't want to be paid and we just bought some accessories to say thank you.
