Always welcoming even when busy. Wanted to rent a bike long term (2 months) and there was no issue. Bike performed great and never had any issues.
This is the second time I have rented and always the same support and level of attention.
I will use them the next time I’m in town.

My wife and I hired e-bikes here earlier this month and cannot recommend the service we received more highly. It is clearly a family run business and this spirit shone through all the staff we met. E-bikes allowed us to make it to Folgaria (reccomended but tough at our age!!) as well as Lake Garda. Rovereto is a great place to explore by bike and the team were great to deal with - thank you for your kindness.

We were on a ride to Venice and my seat post clamp failed on my rental bike failed. A quick diversion brought us to this professional bike shop, a quick fix, and back on the road. Repair cost was exceptionally reasonable. So appreciative.

Sono stata trattata con scortesia soprattutto quando sono andata a riprendere la bicicletta. Inoltre la signora ha cercato di dissuadermi dal pagare con bancomat…Lavoro ok, hanno cambiato la camera d’aria bucata ma non hanno nemmeno gonfiato l’altra gomma (che era sgonfia).

Highly recommend! I (as a Dutchie who love to bike) rented a bike here to discover Trento. The man was really helpfull and flexible and made sure everything was properly adjusted for me. Although the older lady seemed suspicious to me (she was curt and watched me leave). In the end I would really recommend this place to anyone because I can assure you they really have expertise! :)

Abbiamo noleggiato (dal 3 al 6 giuno) 2 e-bike presso la Tettamanti Bike Solution per poter girare le varie piste ciclabili nei dintorni di Rovereto. Non conoscevamo questo esercente ma ne siamo rimasti entusiasti perchè le bici noleggiate si sono rivelate ottime sotto tutti i punti di vista e perchè il sig. Andrea ci ha spiegato tutto con attenzione, nonostante i tanti clienti che lo cercavano. Bello anche il negozio, ampio e super fornito, e la cortesia di tutto il personale con cui siamo entrati in contatto. Grazie a voi e buon lavoro

Mi sono recato questa mattina nel negozio, che è ed è sempre stato un punto di riferimento a Rovereto, avevo “un’emergenza “ si era rotto il perno della ruota posteriore della bici di mio figlio che usa come unico mezzo di trasporto.
In meno di due ore è stata fatta la riparazione così oggi quando sarà uscito da scuola mio figlio avrà di nuovo la sua bicicletta per essere indipendente.
Da sempre qui potete trovare competenza e professionalità e certamente dei buoni consigli, grazie all’esperienza che si tramanda da padre in figlio

Oggi ho comprato la quarta bici da bike soluthion ...il nome è super azzeccato... Andrea è professionale propositivo onesto e si fa in 4 x trovare appunto la soluzione... tutto il personale garantisce una assistenza immediata ma soprattutto continuativa.
La gentilezza è sempre presente che sia per una lucina o sia x una bike top di gamma.

Super helpful and flexible staff. Nice choice of bikes to rent. I went for e-MTB and it was really good bike that allowed me not only to go north and south along beautiful trails but also do some detours and off-roads. Best two days on bike experience. Definitely recommend - the process is easy, no deposit needed, good prices compared to other bike rentals in the city, smooth checkout.
