We had a fantastic experience renting bikes here! He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely a joy to work with. He also gave us some excellent recommendations for wineries and tastings, which really helped make our day in the Prosecco Hills.

We had a minor unexpected technical issue during the day, unrelated to the condition or maintenance of the bikes, and he was incredibly responsive and helpful in getting us back on our way. Things happen, and his communication, problem solving and customer service were excellent.

I would absolutely recommend renting from him. Great bikes, great service, and a genuinely lovely person to deal with!

Amazing service! Flexible and customer oriented. We've rented bikes and it went absolutely smooth with some recommendations for wineries around. Owner had picked us up with bikes when we were tired to ride more :)

Incredible experience road cycling in the Dolomites! Along with three friends, we rented bicycles from Alessandro at Italy Cycling Tour. For a reasonable fee, Alessandro dropped the bikes off at our home, and made sure we had the requested pedal types and that each bike fit each person (3 road bikes and 1 e-bike). He also picked the bikes back up from us at the end of our stay. With these bikes, we went all over the Dolomites, including stunning climbs to tiny villages and towns (Agordo, Tiser, Dont), turquoise lakes, and exhilarating descents. The bikes were in great condition and came with all the accompaniment we needed. I would not hesitate to rent from this company again in the future - Alessandro was very responsive to our needs and we found the prices very reasonable.
