We rented two bicycles for the next day online. As we arrived in the morning to pick up the bikes: no bikes available. Nothing. No alternative offered except to refund my money. Unacceptable!

Pracownik bardzo miły i pomocny. Dobrał nam idealnie rowery i polecił trasę z ładnymi widokami. Rowery nowe sprawne. Polecam!

Excellent service from start to finish - made to feel welcome and all explanations about the E bike were clearly made. The E bike was fantastic- we did 24 miles round trip with plenty of electric left over. My wife was worried about using the roads but there was no problem and she went faster than me! Would recommend this company wholeheartedly- cheaper than elsewhere- and excellent bikes !!

Tutto perfetto... soprattutto la cortesia e la disponibilità del ragazzo che ci ha noleggiato le bici.
Consigliatissimo

Booked the e bike from Torbole but requested to pick up the bike at Malcesine. Bike was ready and fully charged first thing and spend the day exploring.
Returned the bike to Malcesine having spent a fabulous time.
Great day. Will use Velolake again.

E-Bikes wurden zum Hotel gebracht und auch wieder abgeholt.
Personal war freundlich. Es lief alles unkompliziert ab. Räder waren auch in Ordnung. Gerne wieder!
