I had an absolutely fantastic experience hiring a bike in Conversano. From the very beginning, the communication via email was prompt, clear, accurate, and incredibly helpful. The customer service was truly excellent.

A special thank you to Enzio, who went above and beyond to make my experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. He even arranged transport for me from the bike pick-up location to where I was staying — something that had absolutely nothing to do with the bike hire itself, but which was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I was genuinely so grateful for his help especially as I was traveling solo.

Enzio was also fantastic when it came to exploring the area. He provided me with maps of Conversano and the surrounding towns, recommended which roads to take, shared ideas of places to visit and explained how to properly look after the bike. His local knowledge and willingness to help made such a difference and gave me the confidence to explore the area and enjoy the experience to the fullest.

The bike was great, the service was exceptional and the personal attention made the whole experience feel effortless.

Highly recommended! If you’re looking to hire a bike in Conversano, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. And a very special thank you to Enzio again for going that extra mile — it was genuinely appreciated

Professionali, disponibili e sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
