Excellent experience! Booked a day in advance and he had 6 lined up for us and offered locks, a basket, and alarms all included. Felt like he was very accommodating and an easy way to travel around the area able to hit up every beach along the way with easy parking. Thank you :)

A great renting experience and friendly team. We hired two bikes for a day, arranging easily over whatsapp the day before. The bikes were ready when we got there and the paperwork was quick and easy - they keep a form of id in their shop whilst you borrow the item. We thought it was really affordable at only 18 euro a day for a great quality bike. The team were really kind and caring, fitting a basket for us and showing care in ensuring we were safe before we departed. There was no pushy sales of any extras.

Tuesday 2nd Sept , 1 day rental Monopoli-Cisternino-Locrotondo-Monopoli. Great customer service, called in evening before to arrange 2 bikes . Good advise given on local routes. Quick turnaround on collection . Local to where we were staying & have arranged a 2nd days rental

Thursday 4th Sept
Decided to rent 2 more bikes to take us to Martina Franca from Monopoli . Used shop what’s app an agreed to collect 2 bikes evening before our trip.
Arrived at shop , again great customer service headed off with 2 bikes. Realised an issue with 1 & headed back to shop. Quick change of bike & we parked them up for night . Left Monopoli early & before arriving into Fassano realised that the swapped bike had no rear brakes & poor enough front ones which was on my wife’s bike. Made it to Martina Franca (with wine yard visit on route) parked bikes up & had lovely lunch & walk around town.
Our return journey was mainly downhill (5% dropp into Fassano) swapped my bike with my wife’s & feathered breaks on drops as front one was now giving up. My wife was now having issues with bike she took from me so we had to take our time defending hills.
Finally made it back to shop & reported both bikes defective (lady in shop stuck postit notice on saddles)
I’m quite an experienced cyclist so looked at bikes in Martina Franca & found disk pads gone on 1 bike & badly worn on 2 side on other. Thankfully no harm came of it but would expect better service from shop .

Great experience, we did not pre-book anything in advance but went there and rented snorkeling equipment and a SUP. Prices are really good and you can rent stuff for even half a day or a whole day. Communication was very smooth and in English. There are some beaches a few minutes walking distance, so it's also well located. Can highly recommend!

Abbiamo noleggiato 2 e-bike super accessoriate: catene e lucchetto con allarme, cestino con retina, spazio per il telefono. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. Le piste ciclabili sono state una sorpresa ed è stato magico pedalare in mezzo alla campagna per poi giungere a splendide calette.

Great service! We rented two e-bikes with good batteries, such that we could easily explore the surrounding areas with help of the pre-made Komoot routes of Let’s Rent. Would highly recommend!

Really great company. Did not prebook just turned up at opening at 10am and hired 2 e-bikes for total €40 for 4 hours. You can download an App from Komoot and select a redesigned route to match your time and ability. Also key tourist sites preloaded. Allow enough time to take a break(s) along the way. Staff member was really excellent. We did not real rushed, excellent English. The bikes themselves were newish. The route we selected had a lot of dedicated cycle paths for the first half south along the coast. Although it was 30oC the sea breeze was nice. Got a 10% off voucher to use next time.

We had the best day on the e-bikes today! The self guided tour to Calette di Torre Cintola was amazing. Stopped for a swim and lunch and made it back easily in four hours. So much fun, thanks again!!

Chiara, che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere, è stata dolce e gentile, rendendo la nostra esperienza ancora più speciale. Grazie a lei, abbiamo scoperto il piacere di pedalare su una bici a pedalata assistita. Al nostro rientro a casa in Sardegna non abbiamo saputo resistere e abbiamo acquistato due bici chiedendo tanti consigli a Chiara ! 🌅

Service was excellent, the people working there are extremely nice & helpful. The bicycles are nearly new and perfect for the tour we did. The prices are fair: 18€ per bicycle for the whole day. They even give out some Komoot tour suggestions, which we tried out. An amazing day. Thanks to you !!
