Google We were given Snow Service's contact information from our trip planner as a place to rent trekking poles for our recent hiking trip to the Dolomites. What excellent service, providing delivery to and pickup from our hotel in Cortina, as we arrived quite late and left very early which would have made it very difficult to go to the store directly. We also reserved crampons as it was mid September and since we didn't need them, they fully credited the cost. The team at Snow Service was very timely in their responses and providing updated trail conditions. I would highly recommend them for their excellent service and communication!
Risposta del proprietario:
Hi Lynn, thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! Really glad the hotel delivery worked around your schedule and that our team could keep you updated on trail conditions. Hope to see you again soon in Cortina!

Google Excellent services. We rented 4 e bikes to complete the old railway path. The owner brief us the path on how to get there which is 200m across the street. The shop location is convenient.
Risposta del proprietario:
Dear Callie,
thank you for choosing Snow Service! We're so glad you enjoyed the ride along the old railway path — it's one of our favorite routes to recommend, and it's great to hear the directions made it easy to get started right from the shop. Hope to welcome you back to Cortina soon!
