Great bikes and great service. One note is that we did get the insurance, but still had to pay for a pick up when we got stuck because our kid had trouble returning (our mistake for not taking the trailer) - so perhaps the terms of the insurance could be made clearer.

The staff was excellent in assisting us with our e-bike equipment selection, instructions on how to use them and trail knowledge. They have several bike options, helmets, and other equipment to outfit the whole family

I have to mention Patrick who explained to us patiently and kindly everything we need to know regarding the bicycle and the area. We will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Patrick!!!

Good enough bikes but very limited support if you get stuck. When we got stranded because of a serious bike accident, there was no recovery or pick up support, all the nice guy working could do to help was arrange a private taxi

I rented 2 bikes with a child trailer. Nothing to say about the bikes but the trailer was just trash. An old plastic thing with neither spoke wheels. No suspensions not any padding on the child Seat. The cover was broken and the trailer filled with dust. My one year old child cried all the trip. We had to stop the planned itinerari to go whenever possibile on tarmac or grass. It was a nightmare. It is a complete nonsense and irresponsabile, borderline offensive to rent those trailers if most of the tracks in the area are offroad. When I complained to the guy in the shop the answer was “they all rent these ones”. I suggest to avoid them if you love your kids.

Purtroppo fortemente sconsigliato.

Wzorowy kontakt i świetna jakość! Dzieki!
