While riding in the Val Gardena area, I had an issue with a rental bike from a shop located over an hour away by car. After about 3 hours of riding, the shifter got stuck and I urgently needed help to get back to the town I was staying in.

I visited two other bike shops in Selva, but neither of them even attempted to fix the problem. Thankfully, I found Dolomites Adventures. The staff there took the time to carefully inspect the bike, and within just 3 minutes, they had it working perfectly—and didn’t even charge me.

If ever stay in the area in the future, I’ll definitely do business with this shop. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with this shop. They had new and nicely maintained Stumpjumpers available and were also knowledgeable about the Sellaronda route and gave us some tips on it. We did get some flats on the ride and ended up returning the bikes later than planned, but Cristina was super understanding via text and we were able to get the bikes back. They did not charge us for getting the bikes back later than planned, which we appreciated. Would return again

Highly recommend this shop for bike rental.
They swapped the back brake to the left on two e-bikes the evening before renting.
Very helpful in store, the bikes were set up well and worked faultlessly all day.

La mia bici é tornata nuova! Grazie Florian dei tuoi ottimi consigli e del tempo che mi hai dedicato! Hai registrato il cambio in modo perfetto, i freni con dischi nuovi sono spaziali, i copertoni perfettii, la forcella reattiva e performante! Consiglio il tecnico Florian a tutti gli appassionati che cercano un servizio e un tecnico di livello superiore. Appena mi hai consegnato la bici ho fatto le prime pedalate e la bici é perfetta! In piú grazie anche del lavaggio della bici! A presto!

Iedereen die er werkt is heel aardig en denkt goed mee. We kwamen rond 12/1 aan en kregen het tarief voor een halve dag. Daarnaast hoefde je hier niet te betalen voor je helm of voor een slot. De fietsen hebben ze elk seizoen nieuw dus ze zijn in fantastische staat en erg fijn. De beste fiets verhuur van selva!!

Very rude staff, went there to rent snowboarding equipment as a beginner. After having paid for the board, boots and helmet I was treated like an idiot for not knowing exactly how he wanted to take my measurements by some tattooed guy, I literally needed help with it since it was my first time but the guy treated this like the biggest inconvenience and was very rude throughout the encounter. This is not even a rush hour situation, there were 4 staff in the store and myself and one other customer. Not a great confidence booster. The second guy was a little more helpful in finding me a board although as i would find out that the equipment was not set up correctly, as it was pointed out to me by another experienced border with me that my bindings to the board were loose, which is dangerous especially for a beginner as I did not recognize it at first and had to get help to tighten them.
At the end of my stay I went to go hand the equipment back in and I met another member of staff (this is on saturday during rush hour) that I was given a board with unsecured bindings, I was met with “OK”.

In conclusion,
We have rude belittling staff who supposedly are there to help you, either uninterested or negligent (take your pick) who are in charge of making sure the equipment is safe, and finally a third staff member who couldn’t care less about a bad customer experience with their rental equipment.

And after having read other reviews I can believe that there are have been staff in the past who are dilligent and helpful. But warning to customers, you can skip this shop and rent anywhere else.

Rented my equipment from them. Everything in excellent condition, good place to keep your skies and boots overnight.
Reasonable prices if you place your order ahead of time.
Only one Con:
They are closed for lunch from 12 to 2:30 pm
If you done skiing and want to return at this time - bad luck.
