Google We had an absolutely fantastic day riding the Sella Ronda clockwise!
We rented our bikes at Intersport Val Gardena and were lucky enough to meet our guide, Bruno, who made the day even better. The views were incredible, the trails were great, and Bruno was the perfect guide — knowledgeable, relaxed and a lot of fun to ride with.
Everything was well organised, the bikes were great, and the combination of amazing scenery, beautiful trails and good company made it a day we’ll definitely remember.
Highly recommended if you’re looking to experience the Sella Ronda by bike! 🚴♂️🏔️

Google Hired road bike and e gravel bike from here - served us well for the Sellaronda loop. Evo provided great service - letting us collect our bikes the night before so we could set off early for our ride.

Google I hired an e-bike and the weather was dreadful all morning. I rang early in the morning, but the sales assistant wouldn’t let me cancel, saying the weather would improve. It didn’t. I paid for nothing because he wouldn’t offer any compensation. What’s more, he wasn’t very friendly.

Hi Florian,
First of all, we would like to clarify an important point: your booking was made through an agency and not directly with us. Therefore, regarding the booking conditions and any possible cancellation, you should have contacted the agency through which you made the rental.
Neither the agency’s rental conditions nor our own terms and conditions provide for a refund in case of bad weather. Cycling is an outdoor activity and, as you may have noticed, on August 20, 2026 the weather was not bad throughout the entire day. There was a window of at least four hours during which it did not rain. On August 20, we rented more than 50 bicycles without receiving any complaints.
Furthermore, bookings made through agencies can be cancelled up until the day before. Considering that weather forecasts are generally quite reliable nowadays, it would have been sufficient to contact the agency the day before and check the possibility of cancelling or modifying your booking. This situation could therefore have been avoided.
For this reason, we do not feel it is fair that you are now leaving a negative review about us for a situation that was, in fact, caused by not respecting the cancellation terms and conditions. You had the possibility to cancel the booking within the allowed timeframe, but you chose not to do so.
This was your mistake, not ours.

Google We had an amazing experience doing the Sella Ronda on e-MTB bikes with a guide! The bikes were comfortable, and everyone at the shop was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Our guide, Bruno, was fantastic! I wasn’t feeling my best that day, and he was so attentive and accommodating, adjusting the pace to make sure I was comfortable. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made the whole experience enjoyable.
Bruno also took great photos and even videos of us riding, which was such a wonderful bonus and a great way to remember the experience.
Highly recommended—we had a fantastic time!
