I came in with a reservation for a specific pair of skis that unfortunately weren't available, but the way the staff handled it was a 10/10 experience.

Rather than handing me something off the shelf, they took the time to understand why I wanted to rent the skis, my level and recommended carving skis I never would have chosen myself. As someone who mostly skis in California, they genuinely changed how I ski and I'm definitely a better skier than before.

Every day I checked in, they greeted me warmly, kept me updated, and even contacted their other location to make sure I'd be first in line when they arrived. On my last day I finally got to try them and loved them!!

Ho avuto un problema con un attacco della mia tavola da snowboard durante il giro del Sellaronda. I ragazzi del team Intersport di Val Gardena mi hanno aiutato a riparare la tavola e a concludere il giro. Davvero professionali e iper-gentili!

Really good service provided by the team at Val Gardena Intersport in Selva. They had a great understanding of skis for the snow conditions and Kilian even used his ski boot disinfectant machine on my boots before travelling home.

Ochota a profesionalita. S tým som sa stretol pri požičiavaní lyží a kompletného vybavenia. Zvyknem si požičiavať najvyššiu kategóriu lyží a teda viem čo môžem očakávať od lyží na svahu. Tak to bolo aj teraz. No tentokrát ten výsledok na svahu bol tak dobrý ako ešte nikdy predtým. Pýtal som sa na to Marcela že či je to modelom lyží, konkrétne značka Stoeckli. Povedal že nie celkom, lebo príprava lyží pred sezónou môže byť tým rozdielom medzi dobrými a fantastickými lyžami. A verím tomu. Keď prídem nabudúce do Selvy, táto požičovňa bude pre mňa a moju rodinu prvou voľbou. Dobre to robíte, chlapci!

I had an issue with my binding on my own skis. Two shops suggested I buy new bindings. I came to intersport and Marcel fixed it in 5 minutes. Excellent!

Excellent experience buying ski boots for me and my daughter (15 y).

We were very well assisted by Marcel. With great patience and strong technical knowledge, he showed us the different models, explained the pros and cons, and had us try several boots.

We chose different boots, and both fits very well.
