We had a very disappointing experience with the ownership. One of their staff member threatened to harm my husband.

We approached the owner to address the situation, simply asking for an apology, but he was dismissive and disrespectful. Instead of taking responsibility, he brushed off our concerns. This lack of professionalism from both the staff and the ownership makes me strongly advise against using this rental. Safety, respect, and customer service should be their priority, but unfortunately, that was not our experience.

I stand by my review of this business—if I could give it 0 stars, I would. The way both the ski and bike rental operations are run speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and customer care. Avoid this place if you expect respect and proper service.

Extremely unprofessional and downright threatening experience at TopSki School & Rental EA7. While skiing at a slow speed, I accidentally collided with one of their clients after she unexpectedly turned into my path. Instead of handling it professionally, their instructor, Claudio, aggressively confronted me and even made a serious threat against me on the slopes.

When I pulled out my camera, he suddenly went quiet, but as soon as I put it down and asked about his threat, he laughed in my face. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a ski instructor.

I reported the incident to the staff, who initially told me to just forget it in a polite manner, clearly trying to dismiss the issue. When I returned later to speak with the owner, he was nowhere to be found, and the staff had turned rude and dismissive. It’s clear they are more interested in covering up problems than ensuring customer safety.

If you value professionalism, safety, and respect, avoid this ski school at all costs.

Ich hatte unglaublich viel Spaß bei der MTB Sellaronda Tour mit Giorgio! Giorgio ist ein sehr verantwortungsbewusster und netter Guide, ich habe einiges gelernt über die Umgebung und das Biken. Ich habe mich auf den Trails mit ihm wohl gefühlt.
Die Tour habe ich einen Tag vorher spontan gebucht, ging sehr unkompliziert. Das gesamte Team ist sehr lieb.
Ich hatte einen fantastischen Tag und kann Touren mit Giorgio wärmstens empfehlen :)

We, a party of 8, took a deal of full suspension e_bikes and a guide, for a 6 day biking trip around Salva . the bikes were in excellent condition, eny technics problem saw tested right away by first class professionals and a big smile, the guide Giorgio, is a first class professional guide withe lots , of experience, learned right away the level and skills of our group, lots of knowledge about biking, a hell of a guy full of humour. We all had a lovely time together.

Very quick and easy process to rent our E bikes and had a great day riding trails on Sasso Lungo. The bikes are in great condition as well. Person at the shop is very friendly!

Bici pessime. Copertone liscio che slittava ad ogni pendeva, freni indecenti dal rumore /fischi che facevano,cambio osceno che costringe praticamente ad usare molta batteria,catena secca sembra non veda olio da anni. Ho detto tutto alla riconsegna ma chi ha ricevuto la mia lamentela non era per nulla interessato. Consiglio altro noleggi a Selva

Ottima esperienza non c'è che dire... Abbiamo noleggiato 2 E-bike con carrellino per 2bimbi per l'intera giornata... Premetto che siamo neofiti ma siamo stati consigliati e guidati con professionalità!!! Giudizio dei mezzi e sensazioni veramente top di gamma... Poi parlando con il venditore anche dopo aver già pagato ci ha consigliato dei gadget aggiuntivi senza chiedere extra... A parte che fa sempre piacere che qualcuno ti "regali" qualcosa ma ti fa capire che non sono venditori lì solo per vendere ma sono lì anche per consigliare e guidare il cliente!!! Complimenti!!! Quando saremo in zona torneremo di sicuro!!!
