Google Absolut toller Laden 🚵🏼♀️ wir wurden sehr gut beraten, uns wurden super Bikes an die Hand gegeben und wir wurden von Marko zweimal sehr gut geführt 👍 Panorama Runde und Trail 🙏 beides hat er super gemacht, professionelle Tipps und kleine Korrekturen beim Fahren haben unsere Fähigkeiten sogar noch verbessert. Auch hatte Marko ein super Gespür für die Fähigkeiten unserer Kids und man hatte das Gefühl, dass zu jederzeit die Anforderungen an das Können entsprechend angepasst wurde. Google Mi sono affidato al noleggio bici di Quality Bike Rental della Scuola Sci "rossa" di Selva Val Gardena. Ci sono state riservate quattro moderne e-bike enduro ed una affabile e gentilissima guida privata (Marco Senoner) con cui abbiamo trascorso 2 splendide giornate nei favolosi percorsi della Val Gardena. Consigliatissimo!

Google Abbiamo partecipato un tour di gruppo organizzato “easy” (da calendario di pianificazione che mettono a disposizione) e che dire?! Tutto bellissimo, anche se la giornata non premetteva bel tempo, Marco la nostra guida, ha fatto in modo che prendessimo meno pioggia possibile (anche se ha avuto un bel fascino pedalare sotto la pioggia), permettendoci di esplorare la val Gardena a 360 fino all’alpe di siusi.
Bici perfette e nuove, un grazie anche i ragazzi del negozio che sono stati super gentili e disponibili! Super consigliato :)

Google These guys are very friendly. I was a bit disappointed when they forgot to mention a gondala was closed on the sellaronda trail as I could have planned the ride better. I think with the high price tag (ebike, helmet, insurance), and after speaking to them twice about my plans, and getting the map from them, they could have mentioned it. I ended up taking a major detour including missing another gondalas opening hour. Overall the ride was epic, and luckily the ebike was so good it didn't run out of juice over passo sella.

Thank you for your feedback — we're glad to hear you had an epic ride and that the e-bike performed well over Passo Sella.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the gondola closure. As the Sellaronda is a long and complex tour, we always recommend joining one of our local guides who can adapt the route and ensure a smooth return. Our guided tours start early (between 8:30 and 9:00 AM) to avoid timing issues with lift schedules.
We’d also like to mention that, on the morning of your ride, one of our team members informed you about the early closure of the last lift and the time by which it needed to be reached to complete the loop.
Furthermore, we noticed that you returned the bike at 18:15, after our standard return time of 17:30. As a gesture of goodwill, we did not apply any surcharge for the late return, although this would normally be the case.
While we specialize in bike rentals and are always happy to offer advice, self-guided tours do carry some risks — which is why we strongly recommend guided options for more demanding routes like the Sellaronda.
