Ho segnalato un problema tecnico al freno anteriore al mattino quando ho preso in consegna la bici livello premium (90€/giorno) Mi è stato detto che non era niente. Dopo un ora il freno a smesso di funzionare a metà del trail. Ho perso 2 ore per cercare un rental che mi aiutasse. L’ho trovato e mi hanno informato di quale era il problema tecnico. Con altre 2 ore di impianti ho riportato la bike che mi è stata cambiata. Naturalmente ho perso il mio gruppo che nel frattempo si è fatto la sua giornata e sono rimasto solo. Alle 3 ho potuto ricongiungermi al gruppo per riportare la bike indietro alle 5. Mi era stato detto che mi avrebbero rimborsato il noleggio ma al ritorno mi hanno risposto che non era vero che avevo avuto un problema e che non mi avrebbero rimborsato. Mi sembra un pessimo atteggiamento.

Gentile Sig. Moretti, ci dispiace per l'accaduto.
Abbiamo preso subito in considerazione la Sua segnalazione e le abbiamo sotituito la bici entro mezz ora dalla Sua chiamata.
Dopodiche avevamo fatto un giro di quasi un ora con la bici che secondo lei aveva un problema col freno e abbiamo torovato nessun difetto. Abbiamo inoltre chiamato il negozio dove si è fermato per uno spurgo. Anche il meccanico del negozio ci ha confermato che dopo l'intervento funzionava perfettamente, altrimenti non l'avrebbe lasciata proseguire.
È vero che alla sostituzione della bici aveva richiesto il rimborso e noi glielo abbiamo concesso (prima di provare la bici sostituita).
Al ritorno volevamo solamente precisare che secondo noi avrebbe potuto proseguire tranquillamente. Le abbiamo inoltre riconfermato che le avremo rimborsto il dovuto in quanto siamo persone di parola.
Lei dall' altra parte ha deciso di andarsene senza entrare un minimo nel discorso del problema, in quanto convinto, fissato che il freno era rotto. (freno senza un graffio).
Mi sembra molto eccessivo da parte Sua a farci una recensione cosí negativa su questa questione in quanto su 12 bici 1 aveva secono lei un problema (il freno da spurgare) mentre gli alrti 11 ciclisti ci hanno fatto i complimenti, mi sembra altretanto un pessimo atteggiamento.
Puo passare presso il nostro negozio oggi per il rimborso con i Suoi amici che ci devono riportare delle gomitiere che non sono state restituite ieri.

Pretty shocked that this place has such good ratings, but personally my experience here was largely negative.

Pros:
- Good location in heart of Selva and easy access to Vallunga, Ortisei, many mountain trails, etc.
- The guide Giorgio was very knowledgable about the region and mountain biking in general. We had a good time riding and he gave me interesting information about the region as well as good pointers to improve my biking

Cons:
- Inventory. My fiancee is pretty small and light and their smallest bike clearly did not fit her. She was clearly uncomfortable mounting and dismounting the bike and couldn't safely operate the seat riser, but the owner insisted on her taking the bike because he didn't want to lose out on a deposit. Bad customer service but even worse, outright dangerous
- Tour Difficulty. I had requested an easy ride in my inquiry. Now that I am familiar with the region, a route through Ortisei and the Mont Suec Gondola to Alpe di Siusi would've been appropriate. Instead, they opted for a more difficult route and pushed my fiancee way outside her comfort zone because they wanted her to improve as a rider. Totally mismanaged my expectations as I wanted something relaxing for us to do together, not because I want her to pick this up as a hobby or anything. Keep in mind, they opted for this more difficult route while my fiancee could barely even ride her vehicle
- Customer Service. Because of the previously stated point, I requested a partial refund for my fiancee's portion as she ended up not riding at all. I think I was being pretty fair when I said they should keep the deposit because they did hold the bike for us, but yeah the bike ended up not fitting and the tour ended up being for one person and not two. They refused to provide any kind of reimbursement and the owner was pretty rude about it. Currently disputing the charge and will hopefully get refunded via credit card provider

Overall - there is no shortage of e-bike rentals in the area, and I would highly recommend going with a different service. The convenience is easily not worth the headache working with these people

Dear Eric, we are sorry you didn't had a good time. We try to give our best and assigned the bike (size xs/s frame, 27,5" wheels) to the height you send us. It is our smallest full suspension bike. We did rent the bike to kids who were smaller and lighter then her and they hadn't any problems with the seat dropper or the size of the bike, that's way we were confident that it will be fine for her once she get used to it.
Regarding the tour did we gave you only some advice as you asked for it by email. Vallunga is one of the easiest tracks we have, after the cycling path to Ortisei and back. Alpe di Siusi has the same difficulty as Vallunga some parts even more difficult. In the end you decide directly with the guide what to do (that was also explained in the email). We talked to Giorgio and he told us he suggested 2 options, one a bit easier than the other, you decided for the more difficult one, your girlfriend didn't want to continue and came back after 1 hour (instead of the 3,5 hours you booked). It was really busy day and we would have rented also your bikes if they were not reserved, that's why we decided not to give you a refund. When your girlfriend came back did we ask if everything is alright and she confirmed everything was good. If she would have told us right away could we have tried to find another solution.
