Zeer onaardige mevrouw achter de balie. Hadden aanvraag gedaan maar nooit meer iets gehoord. Fiets voor twee dagen aangevraagd, kon nu maar een dag. Gaf klant van alles de schuld, is duidelijk niet hun core-business (dat is bootverhuur). Fiets redelijk maar ook niet bijzonder en zeer slechte prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Ga hier nooit meer naar terug. Wat een onaardige vrouw!!

Das Boot was wir hier gemietet haben war in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Vor Fahrtbeginn wurde der Propeller mit uns gemeinsam auf eine Beschädigung überprüft ebenso bei der Ankunft. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns über das wichtigste eingewiesen und dann konnten wir auch schon los düsen. Wir können die Bootsvermietung weiter empfehlen.

We received terrible service at this bike rental, I recommend avoiding at all costs! We paid for a full day hire for two electric bikes and I got a flat tire after 1h of cycling on the road (this in itself is ok). We called to let them know, after not picking up we eventually got through to get some guidance. We were told to find a local bike rental place or mechanic and get it fixed as this would be cheaper than having them come and get us (we were 11km away). After a while of walking about we found somewhere, where that owner went out of his way to help us and told us that the valve had broken.

As our bike rental was not offering much help we spent 2h travelling by foot and ferry to take the bikes back only to be told we had to pay €20 for the puncture repair kit that we used (which of course did not work as there was no puncture) and another €15 for the inner tube that they had to replace.

The man refused to speak to me and only spoke to my partner.

In the end we spent €130 to ride bikes for an hour and waste half a day of our holiday. There are probably better and cheaper bike rental shops around, I would choose one of these instead.

We had an awful experience at this bike rental and recommend tourists to avoid this one.

We, a group of four, inquired about renting four e-bikes. One (male) of the staff told us they only had three e-bikes available right now but could offer four regular bikes instead. He assured us he’d be right back after attending to other customers renting or returning a small boat (which is no problem)

We waited in the sun for over 10 minutes, and nobody came to assist us. When we approached another staff member inside (who had seen us waiting the whole time) she stated they had none bikes available, no e-bikes and no normal bikes. Despite explaining the prior interaction with the first employee, she responded rudely, insisting they had none now. No other customers had been served in the interim, so her claim seemed questionable.
We wondered how this is possible but anyways thanked her and left.

As we left, we overheard this brunette lady swearing and speaking rude of us in Italian to another colleague, thinking we don’t understand Italian. This is absolute unprofessional and inappropriate behavior.

By the way, while leaving we crossed the yard, where the bikes were parked, and there were plenty of them. However, this rental doesn’t seem to need customers.
Good that there were other friendly rentals nearby.

Update: I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my review. However, my stance remains unchanged regarding the very disrespectful and inappropriate behavior of the brown-haired staff member. My concern isn't about the bikes, as such issues can happen. My issue is with the insults in Italian language I clearly heard and won’t like to repeat here.
