The owner was understanding of our situation, and we were able to arrange the rental by leaving a cash deposit instead of using a card (we don't have a card due to sanctions against Russia). The e-bikes were well-maintained and came with all the necessary gear, including helmets. The owner also kindly explained the various riding routes, including where to go and where to stop. We highly recommend this place!

We rented ebikes to explore Montepulciano area for 4 days. Got great electric MTBs which allow you to ride the "white roads" which are gravel. We got fitted at the shop and then they delivered to our hotel near Montepulciano. They gave us google map routes vis Whatsapp links that got us off the busy roads. Rode to Montechiello, Pienza, and San Quirico on 3 days. You can reserve via email to them or WhatsApp. Great bike shop!!

When another bike rental vendor wasn't open as expected, Giorgio came through for us last-minute with genuine accommodations and warmth.

Giorgio was thorough and naturally friendly. He had great route options ready and pre-loaded Google Maps trips so we could ride with confidence and zero planning stress. The e-bikes were in excellent condition, and drop-off was effortless.

We got to explore Montepulciano's beautiful countryside with ease, all thanks to Giorgio's responsive and attentive service. If you're looking to bike Tuscany, Byebike is a reliable, friendly choice.

Andrea was a fantastic guide and the experience was seamless from start to finish! We loved the full day guided e-bike tour - the bikes were well maintained, the route was scenic, and the two stops Andrea made (lunch and a wine tasting) were lovely and perfectly planned. We had one tire go flat and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. We shared a lot of laughs and Andrea even took some pro pics for us on his camera. Grazie Andrea !

A fantastic experience! Renting bikes from here is absolutely the best way to explore Tuscany. The bikes feature solid battery life and convenient storage bags. The staff provided excellent local recommendations and shared GPX routes that made navigation seamless. Highly recommended!

Can definitely recommend e-bike hire from this store.

The older gentleman was extremely helpful and provided a paper map with a path laid out, as well as a route on google maps to follow.

We hired 2 mountain e-bikes for €45 each for the day and they were excellent. We travelled around 40km and still had a good amount of battery at the end (although we had it on the lowest setting unless going up hill).

They were also very understanding when we arrived late for the return.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung spontan dort (Nebensaison) und haben dennoch Fahrräder für die ganze Familie inkl Buggy und Kinder-Tandem Anhänger bekommen. Super Service.
Außerdem bekommt man unkompliziert Routentipps via Komoot und Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc an der Tour.
