Andrea was a fantastic guide and the experience was seamless from start to finish! We loved the full day guided e-bike tour - the bikes were well maintained, the route was scenic, and the two stops Andrea made (lunch and a wine tasting) were lovely and perfectly planned. We had one tire go flat and he fixed it in less than 5 minutes. We shared a lot of laughs and Andrea even took some pro pics for us on his camera. Grazie Andrea !

A fantastic experience! Renting bikes from here is absolutely the best way to explore Tuscany. The bikes feature solid battery life and convenient storage bags. The staff provided excellent local recommendations and shared GPX routes that made navigation seamless. Highly recommended!

Can definitely recommend e-bike hire from this store.

The older gentleman was extremely helpful and provided a paper map with a path laid out, as well as a route on google maps to follow.

We hired 2 mountain e-bikes for €45 each for the day and they were excellent. We travelled around 40km and still had a good amount of battery at the end (although we had it on the lowest setting unless going up hill).

They were also very understanding when we arrived late for the return.

Wir waren ohne Reservierung spontan dort (Nebensaison) und haben dennoch Fahrräder für die ganze Familie inkl Buggy und Kinder-Tandem Anhänger bekommen. Super Service.
Außerdem bekommt man unkompliziert Routentipps via Komoot und Empfehlungen für Restaurants etc an der Tour.

We rented excellent e-mountain bikes from Byebike. They gave us a route and map and we had a lovely day. Helmets and bike lock included so we were able to walk around Montichiello and have lunch. Highly recommend!

우리는 2명이 e-bike를 대여했고, 자전거 상태는 좋았으며 아무 문제 없었다. 특히 영어를 잘 하는 직원이 있어서 꽤 상세하게 조작법을 설명해주었고, 우리가 계획한 자전거 경로가 적당한지 아닌지 점검해주고 더 나은 경로를 추천해주었다. 이 직원과 왓츠앱으로 편리하게 소통할 수 있다.
(2026년 5월 현재) 1인당 하루 대여하는 데에 2일째까지는 45유로, 3일째부터는 40유로이다. 우리는 2일동안 대여했는데, 1일과 2일 사이에는 바이바이크에 반납하지 않고 숙소로 가져가서 충전시키면 되었다. 반납은 2일째 6:30PM까지였다.
e-bike는 조작이 아주 쉽고 힘들지 않았다. 천천히 자전거를 타다가 자주 멈춰서며 발도르차의 아름다움을 만끽했다. 정말 멋진 선택이다, 강력히 추천한다.
