I strongly recommend renting elsewhere in Campitello. We had a 6-day rental voucher, but the experience was unprofessional and, more importantly, dangerous.
1. Serious Safety Issues:
On day three, my left binding completely disconnected from the board while I was mid-slope. This was incredibly dangerous. I had to spend 30 minutes fixing it on the mountain just to get down safely. The following day, the right heel latch failed. When I brought it back, the staff were actually angry at me for not 'stopping my day' to return earlier, rather than apologizing for giving me faulty, unserviced gear.
2. Poor Initial Service:
We arrived Friday at 17:10. The shop was chaotic. They 'threw' boots at my partner (a first-timer) without asking about her level or fit. I was handed a board that was still covered in snow from a previous return and clearly hadn't been waxed or checked. I had to physically stop the technician to make him check if my boots fit the bindings—they didn't, and required immediate adjustment.
3. Unprofessional Atmosphere:
While we were waiting, the staff allowed a group of returning skiers to 'cut' the entire line, forcing us to wait an extra 30 minutes just to pay. Our total 'quick' pickup took over an hour. They also turned my friends away from buying equipment because they were 'too busy.'
They clearly do not check their equipment before handing it to customers. Save yourself the headache and the safety risk—go to a different shop in town.

Fabulous service for ski, boot and helmet hire. Staff take the time to try to ensure the correct fit and size of ski boots and helmets, and also to ensure that you are given the best skis for your level of skiing. However- the best part... if your not happy with the fit of your boots or the action of your skis they are only too happy to exchange for a better fit!
Thank you Franco, Sebastian and Jack for your expertise to ensure or skis are always excellent!

Shocking service. Bought skis from them. They told me the price but said I could try before I bought and the rental cost would be knocked off the price When I went into buy them, they initially tried to up the price by 150 Euro. After a heated debate they said they would honour the original price but refused to knock the rental off effectively increasing the price. DON’T TRUST THIS SHOP. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID.

Really bad equipment. I rented all my family equipment and my skis brake while going down the slopes the 2nd day of skiing, I had to come from far away by taxi and when I went to return and explained the situation they didn't care and no even refund was offered. I waste the ski pass day plus the taxi plus the rent of the equipment so I would not recommend this shop if you want to have a safe holidays.

Biciclette in cattivo stato di manutenzione. Copertoni consumati.
Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna assistenza per la messa in sella.
Personale forzatamente cordiale ma poco empatico e sorridente. Purtroppo una costante in questi posti dove sembra che ti facciano un piacere invece di fornire un servizio.

Friendly staff , no complaints with my rental. I rented two giant hardtail e-bikes for 50 euro a bike for the day . battery lasted all day and the bikes were in good shape.

Servizio pessimo. Ho noleggiato una e-bike full per una giornata e il cambio della bici già sulla ciclabile iniziava a saltare ripetutamente. Appena fatta la prima salitella la catena si è incastrata tra pacco pignoni e raggi della ruota... Gli ultimi 2 rapporti erano inutilizzabili. In discesa i freni arrivavano a fine corsa e i copertoni erano ormai finiti. L'ho fatto presente a fine giro credendo di fare un favore sottolineando problemi di cui può capitare di non accorgersi e senza pretendere nulla e mi è stato risposto che non potevo pretendere che la bici fosse come la mia... cosa che non avevo assolutamente preteso. Pretenderei però che per un noleggio da tante decine di euro ci fosse un po' più di cura nella manutenzione dei mezzi noleggiati, anche e soprattutto per una questione di sicurezza. Vivamente sconsigliato
