Dear Mike Trueblood, thank you very much for your review. We are so happy that everybody enjoy our service. Is not always easy to make everybody happy but of course we keep try doing the best as we can. Every season we offer a good range of new skiis and we really like to buy what is the most request for our guests. Yes we make the service as usual after every rental even if the skiis goes out for a day. HAPPY you also had a good impression of the online system that we knoow need a small update.. but we are manage to make something to getting better. Hi Matthias, we are so sorry for you happening. We make the service every time when a ski return after service. Normally if something goes wrong, the guest come to the shop and explain the happening to us and we try to help him to find the solution for any kind of ski level from basic to the best skiis.
We can also make the service for free during the week for our guest that rent. As i see only your name i cannot understand if you are here at moment or just back home. In case you are here in canazei please just come to the shop and we can check togheter the service and make the grind you better like and we can also personalize for you on the ski without any problem.

Good morning and thank you for your review. We are happy you had a good experience with our service and ski rental in Canazei. From this winter we have the new storage already active and soon also the ski rental with bigger space... and also bootfitting space.
