Wir haben 4 geführte Touren (1x easy, 3x medium-schwer) in den letzten 2 Wochen genießen dürfen. Die Räder sind sehr gut, Service zur Anpassung der Räder ist TOP. Wir durften mit Alex O. (#10/10-Sterne- Guide) auf die Seiseralm&um den Langkofel, 1x mit Daniel die Campinoi- Sonntags-Tour und 1x mit Alex&Elesa nach Lajon und alle Touren waren spitzenklasse inklusive der Hüttenauswahl. Danke auch für alle Technik-Hinweise, mit denen auch die Kehren im Trail auf der letzten Tour klappten. Wir können jedem empfehlen mit einer einfachen/easy Tour anzufangen zum Eingrooven mit den Rädern. Wir konnten alle Touren super genießen und fanden es nur für andere Mitfahrer schade, wenn sie auf den mittel-schweren Touren haderten oder abbrechen mussten, weil sie sich mit Medium Touren übernommen hatten. Solche Touren bedeuten Abfahrten auf steinigen/gerölligen Wegen und auch schmale/single Trails. Man muss keine flow-trails fahren, aber Mountainbike- inkl. Downhill-Erfahrung sind echt nötig, um Freude an einer mittel-schweren/medium Tour zu haben. Danke an alle Guides und SupportTeam für die Räder und Tour-Erlebnisse - für uns war es der optimale Weg die schöne Gegend so weitläufig zu erkunden!! PS: gut gemeinter Rat ans Team: sagt bitte allen Teilnehmern, dass die Tel# des Shops auf dem Rad steht - wir haben das bei keiner Tour informiert bekommen- wäre für alle Fälle aber super zu wissen, wenn es gut mitgedacht ja drauf steht.

Spent the last 6 days doing tours with them all of which were fantastic. However todays tour to Spitzbuhl took a turn for the worse. When we got to the top i stopped for two minutes to put on my jacket an the group continued ahead which is pretty normal. But then i got to a fork in the road and had no site of the group. I wasnt worried and kept going straight ahead for about another km but never found my group. So i turned back and went the other way to no avail. I wasnt worried because there are plenty of restaurants and tourists. So i figured i would just go back to Ortisei and started following signs off a bike path that passes the Adler hotel that was marked with a bike. It soon turned into single track and then stairs/switchbacks/tree roots. I had to walk my bike down around 500 meters falling several times on the way. Luckily a nice young man passed and saw i was in distress and helped bring the bike down the rest of the way. So at that point i was pretty upset and even more so when I got back to the shop and got attitude from the guide saying it was my fault for not calling. Definitely not cool.

Dear Kevin, thank you for sharing your experience. We are very pleased that you enjoyed the previous six days of tours with us, and we are genuinely sorry that your final tour ended in such a stressful way.
We spoke with the guide to understand what happened. During every tour, the guide schedules several stops so participants can drink, rest or change clothing. For safety reasons, it is therefore important not to stop or leave the group independently without informing the guide.
As soon as the guide noticed that you were missing, he brought the rest of the group safely to a nearby mountain hut and immediately began searching for you. Unfortunately, since the booking had been made through a hotel, we did not have your direct telephone number and were unable to contact you. Our shop telephone number is displayed on all our e-bikes so that guests can reach us in situations like this.
We are very sorry that you did not find the correct route back to Ortisei and ended up on such a difficult trail. The path you followed is closed to bicycles and marked with three large prohibition signs. Nevertheless, we understand that finding yourself alone in unfamiliar surroundings can be confusing and upsetting.
We also regret that the guide’s reaction at the shop came across as dismissive. After such a stressful experience, we understand that you expected a more reassuring response.
We sincerely hope that this unfortunate incident will not overshadow the many enjoyable tours you had with us, and we would be very happy to welcome you back in the future. Kind regards, the MTB School Ortisei

Quest' anno ci ha accompagnato Lukas e ..che dire?
Ottima guida ( ha anche nominato dei cenni storici legati al territorio)
Ottimo rider ( ha consigliato i meno esperti alla guida)
Ottima compagnia ( veramente simpatico e pronto alla battuta)

Profissional and experienced guides ! Nice bikes for rent. I had a great time doing the Sella Ronda by Mountain Bike despite the adverse weather conditions. Our guide Alex managed everything exceptionally!

Booked a half-day gravel bike session with a private instructor. The ride was perfectly adjusted to my fitness level, and the instructor led me along the most beautiful roads and paths in the area. The gravel bike was a high-end Focus Atlas with electronic shifting and carbon wheels—a joy to ride.

We did the Alpe di Siusi Panorama Tour with Lukas and it was absolutely amazing. The views were stunning, and exploring the area by bike meant we were able to see so much more.

Lukas was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and informative. He answered all our questions, adjusted the tour perfectly to our pace, and was always happy to stop whenever we wanted to take photos and enjoy the scenery.

It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we would highly recommend both the tour and Lukas!
