Google Ieri 16 luglio 2026, abbiamo trascorso una giornata memorabile, una pedalata con i miei amici con le e-bike, noleggiate da mtbschool e accompagnati dalla guida Stephan,una persona gentile e competente.
Ci ha accompagnati a fare un giro sulla Bullaccia fra percorsi mozzafiato, fra boschi e cascate, sull'Alpe de Susi.

Google 날씨도 좋고 가이드가 설명도 잘 해주고 모든 것이 완벽했어요!
난이도가 easy래서 신청했는데 산악ebike 기준 easy이지 따릉이 경력으로는 좁은 길, 돌 많은 길, 내리막길을 컨트롤하기 어려웠습니다
두번 넘어지고 중도 하차한 자로서.. 저처럼 자신만만하게 신청하는 분이 계실까봐 남겨요!
투어와 가이드는 최고입니다 친절하고 전문적이에요!
다만 준비가 안되어있는 상태에서 하는건 위험하니 산악자전거 경험있거나 담대한 분에게 최고의 투어가 될겁니당!

Google Rented the full ebike for the day the staff was super friendly gave us good recommendations about trails but the pedals of the fully ebikes were plastic and super basic couldnt get a good grip and keep sliping on the trails.
For the price and getting their nicest ebike the pedals were bad

We’re very pleased to hear that you found our staff friendly and appreciated the trail recommendations. At the same time, we’re sorry that the pedals did not meet your expectations.
The pedals mounted on our rental bikes are standard flat pedals designed to suit a wide range of riders and shoe types. However, we understand that more experienced riders, especially on technical trails, may prefer pedals with more grip and support.
We appreciate your comments, as feedback like yours helps us evaluate possible improvements to our rental fleet. We hope to welcome you again on your next visit to Val Gardena.

Google We were very satisfied with the service this winter (snowboard lessons). We decided to come back to Ortisei to try mountain bike.
It was perfect, we booked private’s tours with Simon, the scenery was awesome, we always felt safe even though we are beginners and we learned a lot about the region.
Thanks again to the school and especially to Simon !

Google The staff was kind and welcoming, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We were given unclear and unhelpful directions for the MTB route. The person at the shop told us that our route (298a) would be clearly marked on big signs, but after spending most of the day riding on the road because we couldn’t find the trail, he later admitted it was actually written only on a small metal plate hidden behind the posts.
We were also told we could call their phone number if we had any issues, but they failed to mention that you need a local SIM card to do so, and they don’t provide a WhatsApp number either.
At €64 per person for only three hours, it turned out to be one of the most frustrating biking experiences I’ve ever had. The views at the top were beautiful, but overall not worth the price. As a gesture of goodwill, they could have at least offered a free guided ride to make up for the poor experience.

Google The best way to see the Dolomites! If you like to mountain bike in epic scenery, I cannot recommend this enough. Their staff was super friendly and helped us find the best rental option. Can't wait to go back.
