My daughter granddaughter and i ate visiting from Germany and staying in Ortsei for the week to hike and bike. The first day my granddaughters bike lost 95% function of resr brake coming down the steep run from the top of Seconda. Wanting to ride again next we we stopped in to On The Rocks shop. Gentleman was busy but stopped to fix her brakes for a very fair fee. In 37 years of mountain biking ive never experienced better service.

Great place to rent bikes, very knowledgeable and professional.
We also did a guided eMTB tour with Frank and had a great time, he tailored to our needs and was super knowledgeable of the area. As we went during shoulder season in early May, having someone that knows what’s open / not covered with snow or mud made our day amazing.
We also rented road bike, I got lucky and got a brand new bike!

The bike rental service was outstanding! The staff was patient, helpful, and very professional – they perfectly matched us with the equipment we needed. The bikes were top quality, and the price was completely reasonable. We were especially impressed with the wheel replacement kit they provided – it saved us when we got a flat tire on the mountain, and the staff patiently explained over FaceTime how to change the wheel. Such service is rare! Highly recommended.

We rented eBikes (mountain) for two days and received excellent-quality bikes that were well-maintained. Mark was generous with his time and shared his thoughts on a couple of different long routes that we wanted to ride. While the weather was a bit spotty, we had two fantastic rides. Mark is personable and knowledgeable and will take good care of you and set you on a great adventure in this region.

The shop is also well-stocked with clothing and kit and an excellent selection of bikes for sale.

They also rent road and gravel bikes.

Au top ! Merci à l’équipe pour leurs conseils, nous avons pu faire 50km à l’Alpe di Suisi en VTT électrique, et avec de bons VTT, parole de connaisseurs 😉
On nous a changé les pédales avant de partir pour plus d’accroche.
