Unfortunately they don't take the safety of their bikes seriously. We had a great day on e-bikes today, however one bike had an issue which was intermittent brake failure ( not soft brakes or gradual fade, but a complete failure of crucial rear brake at times) . On a steep downhill, this is obviously not great.
On returning the bike we informed the staff so they could check it and make it safe for the next user. They were in total denial that there was a problem, and immediately blamed me as the rider, not knowing how to use the brakes.
I hope the next user of this bike doesn't get seriously hurt.

We had a great experience with Ski Bamby. Reserved two e-bikes via their website that we picked up the following morning right at open. Staff gave us a full rundown of the e-bike’s mechanics (we hadn’t ridden one before) and if you have any questions about anything - just ask! They’re really helpful. Also gave us a map with a recommended route. We took the gondola up and when we started to ride my wife realized that the bike she’d picked was a little too big for her. We called Ski Bamby and within 15 minutes the shop employee personally delivered a smaller bike up the mountain. Great service and equipment, and a nice way to see Apple di Suisi. Recommend!

홈페이지를 통해 미리 예약을 했는데, 예약 시스템이 아주 불안정해서 믿음이 잘 가지가 않네요. 돈부터 일단 결제를 하는 시스템은 처음 보았습니다.

막상 예약하고 가니, 친절하게 잘 해주었습니다. 그리고 MTB 자전거 상태가 최상이었습니다.

Overall we had a really good experience. The equipment was near new and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. We were provided with clear instructions for all the equipment and advice on which routes to take. Super easy collection and return with the shop at the base of the gondola.

The e-bikes we rented were in good condition. The owner upsold us to get the most expensive ebike rental to bike to and from alpe di siusi (which we could have easily done with the regular suspension ebikes). Furthermore, with the owner's guidance, we decided to rent for 2 days instead of one to bike to seceda instead of hike it (which would have been a big mistake, as you cannot get to many incredible viewpoints with the bike). After the first day, my wife realized she did not feel safe on the ebike in the mountains, so we brought the bikes in before the rental day ended to ask to return them a day early instead of renting them out for the 2nd day as we had originally agreed to do in our contract. The owner proceeded to make us feel extremely guilty for asking for a refund for the second day, making it seem like it would take him hours to refund our credit card purchase and that it was seemingly impossible. He also kept referring to the contract that we signed that was binding us to the two days of rental, as if he did not have the ability as the owner to use his own discretion in certain circumstances for refunds. My wife had to plead with him expressing that she was terrified and did not feel safe on the bike, and the owner eventually begrudgingly gave us about 75% of our money back in cash for the 2nd day (he did not want to have to do any computer work in order to get the taxes and governement fees refunded). To pay us that partial refund in cash took about 1 minute of his time. In the end, I wouldn't go back here, as the owner was not very considerate of our circumstance, and acted like even though he was the owner he couldn't possibly give us a refund for a day of bikes we would not be using. And this was at a time of the year in which he had a surplus of bikes available, we definitely were not preventing any other paying customers from renting them out. If it really is impossible to get the government taxes refunded unless there is a documented injury, I guess that is my mistake, but it seems like the owner blew this aspect out of proportion so he wouldn't have to do any computer work to refund us.

Prezzi alti, personale non simpatico. Mandato su con attacco sbagliato (lunghezza diversa), scarponi rovinatissimi, come gli sci, e racchette con lacci strappati. Ho noleggiato l'attrezzatura da sci presso questo negozio dal 19 al 24 gennaio e devo dire che l'esperienza è stata eccellente. I prezzi sono in linea con gli altri noleggi di Ortisei, ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale sono i servizi offerti e la professionalità del personale.

Il deposito a valle, situato accanto all'ingresso dell'ovovia, e il deposito a monte, proprio all'uscita dell'ovovia, sono comodissimi e rendono tutto molto più pratico.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Roberto: una persona fantastica, esperta e sempre pronta a risolvere qualsiasi problema. La sua competenza e disponibilità fanno davvero la differenza. Consiglio vivamente questo noleggio a chi cerca un servizio di alta qualità e attenzione al cliente!

Nel complesso non così male.
Siamo stati scontenti sulla qualità dell’attrezzatura, alla mia ragazza hanno dato un casco più piccolo perché li avevano finiti e degli sci molto usurati .
L’ambiente non é molto accogliente infatti, l’ultimo giorno quando dovevamo consegnare l’attrezzatura abbiamo rischiato il litigio a causa di un maleducato che ci ha scambiato per gente che doveva fare il check in.
Ogni sera c’era una puzza di piedi e non si riusciva nemmeno a respirare.

L’unica cosa molto positiva è stata la vicinanza con l’ovovia letteralmente attaccata.

Prezzi nella media con la val Gardena.

Abbiamo noleggiato 2 EMBK nel mese di luglio con supporto della guida locale Alexander per un tour sull'Alpe di Siusi.
Il personale si è reso molto disponibile e cordiale per fornirci informazioni e consigli poiché era la prima esperienza con questo tipo di bici.
Bici preparate benissimo e super performanti.

We had a great rental experience. We took 2 bicycles (not E-bikes) and a kids trailer. all equipment was in good condition and quality. The location of the shop is super convenient near the cable car.
The guys in the shop were nice and explained where can we go and gave us a map.
The only downside was that the map was not so accurate and I think they need to explain the route in more details, especially where there are turns on the road (the signs in real life are not always clear).
But overall would definitely recommend!

Servizio ottimo. Abbiamo noleggiato due mountain bike, entrambe in buone condizioni, ed i ragazzi sono stati veramente super disponibili. Infatti, a causa di un nostro contrattempo, abbiamo avuto la necessità di posticipare il noleggio di un giorno e non c’è stato alcun problema. Inoltre, noleggiando la bici da loro, non abbiamo dovuto pagare il ticket bici di €5 per salire in ovovia all’alpe di siusi.

Abbiamo noleggiato due e-MTB; noleggio comodo accanto all’impianto, bici apparentemente buone. Il problema è sorto quando, per superare alcune radici di alberi sporgenti sul sentiero, la catena si è rotta e una corona dentata si è piegata. Abbiamo chiamato il negozio e un ragazzo ci ha portato una nuova bici, così da poter proseguire il nostro giro.
Al nostro rientro ci hanno chiesto di pagare il danno (solo il 25%, visto che avevamo fatto l’assicurazione), sostenendo che il sentiero che abbiamo percorso fosse vietato alle bici, anche se nessuna segnaletica era presente all’inizio del sentiero!!
Consiglio spassionato: informatevi bene sui percorsi prima della partenza e considerate i sentieri consentiti solo quelli evidenziati nella cartina fornita dal negozio, poiché sui percorsi spesso non ci sono divieti per le biciclette e non tutti i sentieri percorribili sono effettivamente segnalati come ciclabili (sempre ammesso che questo vi salvi dal pagamento del danno…. Danno che, come nel nostro caso, purtroppo, su sentieri di montagna, è più che plausibile!!!!!).
