I am 65 years old and dealing with Gloria at Let's Go is one of the worst experiences of my life. As long as everything goes well with the rental, you will find that she is easy to deal with, but if any little thing goes wrong she will blame you as you can see from previous reviews. My wife and I rented e bikes and mine could not make it up a steep hill while my wife's had no problem. I spent a good part of the day walking mine up steep hills!! When I reported it to her she said "The bike works perfectly. It came out yesterday, and I assure you it works. The bike worked perfectly." I asked her to come pick it up because we were staying at a hotel that had a very steep grade straight up for over a kilometer and I would have to walk the bike up the hill. She told me that there was a 100 euro fee to pick it up and that if I didn't return it she was going to call a judge and the police!! A friend of the hotel owner where we were staying who used to be in the bicycle business came to examine the bike and he said the motor was too small for a very steep grade and that the tires did not have enough air in them. Earlier that day when we checked the bikes out I told Gloria I thought there wasn't enough air in the tires and she said that there was plenty of air. It appears she knows very little about bikes or biking. The gentleman offered to return the bike for free because it wasn't that far away. Gloria also charged more than the more reliable bike shop owner in town. We rented the bikes for 2 days and she refused to refund any of our money. Please think twice before renting from this business. Wow, the owner's response tells it all. I will keep this brief. I recently hiked 12 miles a day in the Austrian Alps for 12 days in a row and I was a very high level athlete. Biking up a steep hill on a good e bike is no problem for me. Once again, if you look at previous reviews, if anything goes wrong with your rental she will blame you and provide no relief. Finally, I would be glad to provide my chat with her to anyone who would like it. Similar to her response to me in this review you will be shocked at the comments that she made to me. Rent with her at your own risk!!

Molto gentile il proprietario che ci ha dato le bici, spiegandoci bene come funzionavano e aspettandoci la mattina in cui ne avevamo bisogno. Biciclette molto buone. Consigliamo però a chi prenota qui di portare con sé un kit di riparazione gomme in quanto le bici non ne sono fornite: noi abbiamo bucato e abbiamo dovuto fare 8 km di strada in salita con la bici sulle spalle (nonostante ci fosse stato detto che i proprietari non sarebbero stati in negozio quel giorno, un minimo di gentilezza/tentativo di capire come aiutarci anche a distanza sarebbe stato gradito).

Die Buchung war komplikationslos. Die Übergabe der Räder erfolgte zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt. Die Fahrräder waren aber von schlechter Qualität, weil Wartungen wohl nicht oder nur sporadisch erfolgen. An einem Rad quietschten die Bremsen. An dem anderen ging die Vorderbremse nicht. Eines ließ sich kaum in die untere Gängen schalten und machte beim Fahren permanente Fahrgeräusche. Dann sprang auch noch die Kette ab. Einen Kontakt für den Fall einer Panne erhielten wir nur auf Nachfrage. Es werden GPS geführte Touren beworben. Auf Nachfrage durfte ich mir dann eine Minikarte abfotografieren, auf der nix zu erkennen war. Für die Qualität der Räder war der Preis überteuert. Allgemein, wofür der Anbieter natürlich nichts kann, sind Radwege nicht ausgeschildert, falls überhaupt vorhanden. Man muss also die Straße nutzen. Auch nicht gerade fürs Sicherheitsgefühl förderlich. 2 Sterne ist eher wohlwollend, als zu kritisch.

Buchung über ebikego mit vereinbarter Abholung um 8.30. Vorort öffnet der Laden jedoch erst um 9.00 obwohl auf der Homepage 8.30 angegeben ist. Dame extrem unhöflich und genervt. Fühlt sich für die Buchung über ebikego nicht zuständig. Die Räder waren aber in Ordnung.

Great service!
We hired two e-bikes for one day in Montalcino and absolutely loved it. They offer drop off and pick up service from hotels near the area and you can hire a Garmin GPS with pre-programmed routes so the whole process could not have been easier. Highly recommend it to see the area and earn a big bowl of pasta and wine afterwards. Their communication was excellent and overall very reasonably priced.

Loved it! So easy to just message on WhatsApp to arrange everything. Very easy & responsive communication. Store lady was super nice! So glad I chose a tour guide, have no clue how I would’ve managed without. Gianluca was an amazing guide!!
