Amazing e bike hire experience - we called the same day and they were able to get us up and running with 2 e-bikes within a few minutes. We did a self guided tour and went to capitoli winery for a tasting which was excellent and authentic. We rode 65km total and I used eco mode for almost the whole time - I ran out of juice 10meters before we got back to the shop so probably wouldn’t advise pushing it that far! If it has been raining recently make sure you stick to the gravel paths because the mud is clay-like and the bikes get totally stuck (believe me it took half an hour to get the bikes up a 30m hill…)

Perfekt! Wir haben uns hier auf unserer Toskana Reise recht kurzfristig (Anfrage 1 Tag vorher) E-Bikes ausgeliehen. Wir haben sofort eine Rückmeldung erhalten und auch die weitere Beratung über Route, Bike und weitere Tipps war super. Giulia und Lamin sind super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Neben dem Bike bekommt man auch Helm, Schloss, Fahrradhalterung. Außerdem gab es Wasser für unterwegs dazu. Die Fahrräder sind von sehr guter Qualität. Wir können den Anbieter nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, wir hatten eine tolle Tour!

Absolutely the best bike shop experience I’ve had in Italy. The service is outstanding, the bicycles are excellent, they had all the extras that you need for your cycling adventure, and even throw in a free water and laminate. These guys are the best!

Y una gravel para mi marido. Todas perfectas en buenas condiciones y con buenas recomendaciones de rutas. Pero lo mejor la atención que fue de 10, tan buena que repetimos dos días. No lo dudéis y venid a alquilar bicicletas aquí. Son los mejores!

Our Airbnb host highly recommended Le Ciclofficine del Teatro Povero, so my teen daughter and I decided to try it. We had an amazing tour of this area with Isma yesterday. Giulia was easy to communicate with and set up a personalized tour for us. Everyone was friendly and very professional. The three of us moved at a pace that suited us. We stopped by a monastery, were given history of the area, rode on trail/ gravel and asphalt. The views were stunning! After the tour the owners recommended a few places for lunch. I can’t recommend Le Ciclofficine enough!

Percorrendo la via Francigena in bicicletta, ho avuto un problema con la mia e bike in zona
Bagni Vigoni. Mi sono rivolta a questa officina e ho trovato massima disponibilità e competenze, il ragazzo ha fatto tutto quello che era possibile per aiutarmi con massima professionalità, si sono resi anche disponibili ad accompagnarmi eventualmente con il loro furgoncino nel caso non fosse riuscita a raggiungere la destinazione della mia tappa. Li ringrazio e consiglio a tutti questa officina per gentilezza professionalità ed efficienza.

A must-do activity. Such an amazing way to see Tuscany! We rented mountain e-bikes, they were very easy to use as people that have never tried mountain biking before. We followed the suggested routes on the website combined with Google maps to create a hybrid route. We stopped in a few small towns and got lunch in Monticchiello. Grazie for a fantastic day!

Stopped here to hose down our bikes after Komoot led us into peanut butter mud. Fantastic service! Bikes are running perfectly after meticulous attention of the mechanic and the gal at the front gave us tips to avoid the mud this wet spring. They were so kind. The shop is spotless, they sell some supplies, and their rental fleet look to be in great condition. Their website has excellent route info. Grazie millie!

Ci siamo rivolti a ciclofficine di bagno vignoni e abbiamo trovato non solo e bike molto belle, ma ragazzi alla mano, molto preparati, attenti alle nostre esigenze, da subito sono stati molto disponibili , ci hanno consigliato i percorsi migliori che si sono rivelato delle bellissime scoperte in un territorio unico di grande valore sia storico che naturalistico!
Sicuramente lo consigliamo anche per il prezzo molto onesto!

Che dire “Girare con le e-bike in val d’Orcia non ha prezzo per tutto il resto c’è Mastercad….”

Ed infatti è proprio così, grazie alle e-bike forniteci da dai simpaticissimi e professionali Giulia e Lamin abbiamo pedalato in lungo e largo in paesaggi suggestivi direi da cartolina, ad ogni curva lo scenario cambiava : doverosa una sosta per fotografare o memorizzare il panorama.

Le ottime e performanti e-bike forniteci, peraltro gentilmente consegnate all’agriturismo che ci ospitava, si sono rivelate perfette per i percorsi che abbiamo fatto su strade bianche, sentieri di campagna, strade asfaltate, il tutto in mezzo a infiniti campi di grano d’orato. Per andare a colpo sicuro abbiamo seguito le tracce proposte sul sito Ciclofficina, utilissime e ben realizzate.

Percorrendo una stradina sterrata purtroppo una lunga spina si è conficcata nella ruota della mia e-bike.. Mi sono detto che faccio ora ???? Ho chiamato Giulia per chiedere aiutoooooo !!! Incredibile, in meno di 15 minuti sono arrivati entrambi col proprio mezzo di assistenza…. L’efficiente e simpatico Lamin è sceso dalla macchina offrendoci subito una bottiglietta di acqua fresca e con una ruota nuova perfettamente gonfiata. Si è messo all’opera ed in tempi record, da pit stop Ferrari, l’ha sostituita, e abbiamo potuto ripartire alla conquista della val d’Orcia.

In conclusione, se siete appassionati di vedere panorami e scenari suggestivi, se vi piace girovagare con le due ruote non c‘è di meglio che chiedere a Giulia e Lamin .. Bravi Bravi veramente .

Un caloroso abbraccio e verremmo ancora sicuramente ……….. ..

Outstanding service for an outstanding experience. The team was generous with their time in explaining details on all the different bike routes. I had a small issue with my bike and they came and met us immediately no questions asked. The towns to visit are unreal. We were offered drinks upon our return. Very friendly group. Bikes were in excellent shape, and were perfect for the terrain of biking on roads and paths throughout Val D’Orcia. Definitely going back one day.
