Even supplied more costly car for same price, offered a ride from montepulciano, did not even charged extra when kids left a mess in car. Local small business, friendly staff. 100 percent recommended.

GS Auto turned out to be such a great discovery! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They helped us get a car right away, and the process was quick and stress-free. The car itself was spotless, ran perfectly, and was clearly very well maintained. The owner was extremely kind, accommodating, and generous — he really went out of his way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

The location was easy to find, and I really appreciated how flexible they were with the mileage and timing. It’s rare to find a rental place that feels this trustworthy and customer-focused. I would absolutely recommend GS Auto to anyone in the area looking for a reliable car and great service!

GS Auto was an excellent find! They were able to accommodate my last minute request for a rental car, as my wife and I needed one unexpectedly on our honeymoon. They answered very quickly, were able to work around my schedule and even dropped us at the train station once we completed our rental. The team is very friendly and willing to work with you (which is refreshing). Our Bmw 1 Series was in good condition, clean and in proper working condition plus fun to drive. They are generous with the mileage per rental as well. Would recommend them to anyone traveling to the region in need of a rental car. Thanks GS!

5 stars is not enough to rate the service given. Adi gave us so much help when we needed to hire a car at short notice as ours had broken down. He was excellent in his advice, friendly & supportive - not sure we could have managed without him .

Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit mit der Vespa Red. Vom ersten Kontakt an bis zum Schluss lief alles super. Adi war extrem freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Da die Vespa an unserem Tag nicht geliefert werden konnte, durften wir sie ohne Aufpreis bereits am Abend vorher abholen. Adi hat uns gute Tipps gegeben welche Orte man besuchen kann und war jederzeit ansprechbar. Die Vespa war auch toll und 55€ am Tag ist ein super Preis.

Vivamente consigliato per vivere un’esperienza di viaggio diversa tra le meravigliose colline della Val d’Orcia.

Highly recommended to anyone who is looking to explore Tuscany in car or Vespa. The service is outstanding. You will get your vehicle delivered to your location. I rented a nice car for a week for a very fair price including insurance. I was looking at the Vespas in the shop and if I didn’t have to bring a suitcase on my trips I would have loved to tour the Tuscan country side in the bright beautiful coloured Vespas. Next time. 5 Stars experience for sure!

Great service and cool guys over at the desk! Rented 2 brand new 125cc Vespas with only around 500km on the clock. Scooters drove without a problem. It was also possible to return the scooters on Sunday! Would recommend!

Truly first class service.

I flew to Florence from the UK and in the morning reached out to these guys via whatsapp and they were really responsive and quickly helped with my request of an automatic car for almost 3 weeks.

They arranged delivery to my hotel within a few hours and also agreed to take us to the airport in a minivan from a different hotel and the end of our trip.

Really friendly service too. The best car rental experience I've had in Europe and I've had a fair few!
