Staff take the time to try to ensure the correct fit and size of ski boots and helmets, and also to ensure that you are given the best skis for your level of skiing. However- the best part... if your not happy with the fit of your boots or the action of your skis they are only too happy to exchange for a better fit!
Thank you Franco, Sebastian and Jack for your expertise to ensure or skis are always excellent!

Shocking service. Bought skis from them. They told me the price but said I could try before I bought and the rental cost would be knocked off the price When I went into buy them, they initially tried to up the price by 150 Euro. After a heated debate they said they would honour the original price but refused to knock the rental off effectively increasing the price. DON’T TRUST THIS SHOP. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID.

Really bad equipment. I rented all my family equipment and my skis brake while going down the slopes the 2nd day of skiing, I had to come from far away by taxi and when I went to return and explained the situation they didn't care and no even refund was offered. I waste the ski pass day plus the taxi plus the rent of the equipment so I would not recommend this shop if you want to have a safe holidays.

Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna assistenza per la messa in sella.
Personale forzatamente cordiale ma poco empatico e sorridente. Purtroppo una costante in questi posti dove sembra che ti facciano un piacere invece di fornire un servizio.

Snowboard bindings broke mid slope.
After they changed them, I pointed out that the new ones look like they're going to break soon. I guess the guy didn't know I speak some italian because he swore in such a foul language that shouldn't be spoken even if no one around understands.
If you go here, hope to God you like what you get or else they will literraly assault you without remorse. I didn't feel safe.
Just shameful.

Sad and miserable shop. Most of the staff are grumpy all day long. The gear you rent comes at a terrible shape. My snowboard shoes were completely full with water. When I reported it to the shopkeeper he ignored me.
Overall, terrible place, better go somewhere else.

Ski gear for 3 persons. My son had un orthopedic issue and the shope gave shoes in 2 different sizes with no additional cost. my board had a small hole and was replaced, no question asked!. my mother ski gave her some trable and agine, it was replased to better ones

Hired September 2024. Only e-bikes. Helpful when mechanical fault mid ride, (though note several reviewers mention problem with bikes). Saddle very uncomfortable. Very good battery life compared to previous hire on e bike

Abbiamo noleggiato 2 e-bike il 01/09/2024 per fare il giro del Sassolungo/Sassopiatto.
Le biciclette erano in cattivo stato di manutenzione: copertoni lisci, forcella rigida, leva dei freni molle, il tutto a scapito del comfort di guida (tralasciando eventuali considerazioni sulla sicurezza). Al rientro dal giro, quando abbiamo fatto notare gentilmente queste cose all’addetto, siamo stati completamente ignorati. Sconsigliato! :)

poco corretti nel dire i prezzi delle bici! ho chiamato due volte (ieri e oggi) per sapere i costi delle bici e mi hanno detto i prezzi di una sola bici (muscolare)…non specificando che la bike costasse di piu! l’ho scoperto solo una volta arrivato li! premetto che gli altri che avevo chiamato me lo avevano specificato tutti! quindi alla fine ho pagato di piu e sono restato li! ma attenzione a chiederli bene se chiamate!

Ongelofelijk slecht… dat het bijna grappig werd. Een kleine kale man met pet leek er geen zin in te hebben. Je vraagt voor info, hij duwt totaal ongeïnteresseerd een folder in uw handen & that’s it. Als je wat vraagt, negeert hij zelfs de vraag. Geef die man snel een andere job. Als je niet met klanten om kan, moet je wat anders doen. We zijn naar Northland ski & Bike in Canazei gegaan en vriendelijk ontvangen.

Initially the service was good with the young guy helping us choose the right size bike. Very helpful. Everything seemed okay but later when riding the hills the gears slipped and chain fell off. After getting grease all over my hands I still put with up with it on the ride and had a good time regardless. Upon returning the older guy asked was everything alright. I politely said the gears kept slipping and the chain came off, I just wanted to let them know so the next person won’t have the same problem. He went onto to say angrily it was my fault and I chose the wrong bike. Completely rude service and things got a bit heated. If you don’t want to get feedback don’t ask. They fail to realise that if it wasn’t for tourist coming to town they wouldn’t have a business. Show some respect for your customers! Will find another rental bike shop even it’s in another town.

The staff that helped us choosing the right size and type of bike was helpful and friendly. The guy we met when we returned the bikes were rude when we just politely gave some feedbacks about the bike’s gear that was not working probably, maybe old.
Not recommended this place.
We should have checked the reviews before renting the bikes at this place. There are many people complaining the same issues but we didn’t read until we decided to write a review.

Esperienza negativa, da evitare!! Personale scortese nell'approccio con il cliente e per nulla professionale nel richiedere pagamenti non dovuti! Per un noleggio di 3h e 30 è stata richiesta e incassata tariffa giornaliera! Dopo aver verificato l'errore nel calcolo approssimativo (ovviamente ai danni del cliente) e richieste le dovute spiegazioni, sono state accampate improbabili scuse legate ad errori del computer che segna un ora avanti.....(!) E nel rifare i conti hanno anche provato a trattenere indebitamente un acconto lasciato al ritiro delle bici!
Alla fine, dopo interminabili consulti interni e complesse verifiche congiunte al pc, ci hanno rimborsato 28 euro non dovuti... e nemmeno una scusa per quanto accaduto: evidentemente trattasi di consolidata routine per questo noleggio per nulla professionale e trasparente nell'applicare tariffe al turista-cliente.
Da evitare, se siete in zona cercate altro.

Nel complesso esperienza positiva. Abbiamo prenotato tre e-bike per il giorno dopo e il giorno dopo siamo andati, le abbiamo prese e usate. Il personale con noi è stato gentile e accogliente. Non do cinque stelle perché le bici avevano sellini davvero scomodi, piccoli e rigidi. Lo so, la responsabilità è del costruttore e non del negozio che le affitta, ma potrebbero attrezzarsi con sellini sostitutivi, per chi li vuole, più comodi e morbidi.

Esperienza luglio 2023 di noleggio ebike.
Nessun problema nella prenotazione, anche se avevo pasticciato con le date, sono stati disponibili per gestire la cosa via mail/telefono (con Franco)
Le bici erano in ordine e ben tenute, personale cordiale e competente. Certo bici care, pero' ci si diverte.
Non ho visto la "maleducazione" scritta in tanti altri commenti... penso la gente (clienti) dovrebbe darsi una regolata

Personale gentilissimo sia Franco , il titolare ,che il mitico Baz ( Sebastiano ) sempre disponibile. Siamo venute su x il Sellaronda bike del 17 settembre e con whatsapp ho prenotato l ebike a franco . Arrivate al negozio ,comodissimo vicino al ns hotel , abbiamo trovato Baz, che ci ha assistito in tutto , con una gentilezza inaudita, ,dandoci una Giant bellissima con anche casco lucchetto e caricabatterie. Tutto perfetto, 50 euro giorno. Noleggeremo sempre da loro ! Grazie !

Avevamo chiesto in loco di poter prenotare due e-bike con carrettino per i due bimbi. Ci viene detto che essendo la bimba troppo piccola avremmo avuto bisogno di seggiolini. Diciamo ok e che saremmo tornati il giorno seguente. L'indomani torniamo e ci dice che non aveva il seggiolino per la piccola. Con annessa delusione del bimbo più grande che non vedeva l'ora.
Ovviamente abbiamo noleggiato le bici altrove e ci hanno pure dato il carrettino senza problemi!

Senza parole. Abbiamo contattato il negozio una ventina di giorni fa per chiedere disponibilità di una decina di bici e bike mtb. Ci rispondono che le bici sono disponibili e di risentirci qualche giorno prima per confermare e avere le taglie. Risultato, chiamiamo e ci dicono che le bici non sono disponibili e che dovevamo chiamare prima. Morale ci ritroviamo senza bici a pochi giorni dal giro e provando a richiamare per chiarimenti si presentano molto arroganti. Lasciate perdere perché di professionalità ce n'è ben poca, ma non mi meraviglia vedendo altre recensioni sul web. Piuttosto che noleggiare qui andrei a piedi. Una stella perché è il minimo....
