We rented two bikes two days in a row in Auronzo and we had a great time. Good quality bikes with plenty of juice to get you from Auronzo to Misurina and back. Friendly, English speaking and helpful owner that takes the time to get you started.
100% recommended.

During our stay at Auronzo, we rented eBikes on two days; first we explored the vicinity, making a round past La Primula restaurant, and on the second day we made the famous trip to Misurina and back. The service we got was excellent, the bikes well maintained, batteries well charged, and the owner was very forthcoming with extras, such as extra seat cushions - I really needed them 😅.
On top of it all, he speaks English very well.

I rented an e-bike here to cycle from Auronzo to Misurina, which is quite a steep climb. Unfortunately, the chain broke about halfway up, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere on my own.

I called the rental shop, and the owner, who spoke excellent English, came out to find me and arrived with a replacement bike in around 30 minutes. The whole situation could have ruined my day, but thanks to his quick response and excellent customer service, I was back on my way with very little delay.

You only really find out how good a business is when something goes wrong, and they handled it brilliantly. Highly recommended. 5/5.
