The perfect way to explore Val d'Orcia, and the best service imaginable from Steffi. We did a full long day, and had to come back for another round the next day. Steffi is amazing to watch - she operates everything super efficiently, and with love. She provided all the accessories we needed, and when we had a little accident with a broken phone, she went out of her way to file an insurance claim. Thank you!

Consigliatissimo!

Superfluo commentare la bellezza dei luoghi visitati. Consiglio di visitarli con e-bike perché in una giornata sì riescono a percorrere distanze importanti senza fare troppa fatica. Personalmente, essendo un pochino allenato, sono riuscito a fare uno spettacolare giro ad anello di Ca 45km. Le biciclette sono recenti ed in ordine. La titolare è di una gentilezza fuori dal comune: preparata e cordiale saprà consigliare al meglio i percorsi adatti a te.

Pienza y su alrededores son el lugar perfecto para las excursiones en bicicleta. Hay circuitos y recorridos para todos los niveles. Era mi primera vez en E-bike Tuscany y en Pienza. Stefi, ...es un 10, me guio en todo. Ella es muy amable , dedicada y profesional. Me orientó en todo. Conoce muy bien lo que hace, así que a seguir sus consejos! y a pasarlo bien! Esperienza straordinaria grazie a Steffy, la sua conoscenza intima dell’Italia e della Val d’Orcia in particolare, della sua storia, dei suoi tesori nascosti, del suo territorio, ecc. Abbiamo passato quattro giorni indimenticabili grazie a lei. Non solo ottime biciclette ma fantastiche passeggiate a piede e in bici su dei percorsi studiati da Steffy in funzione dei desideri di ognuno. 전기자전거를 빌려주실 뿐만 아니라 사용법도 상세히 알려주시고, 보조배터리나 백팩도 필요하면 빌려주십니다. 코스도 사용자에 맞게 정확히 짜서 kamoot이라는 앱으로 공유주십니다. 심지어 자전거를 반납할 때는 워킹 투어 용 코스까지 짜주셨습니다! 정말 유쾌하고 친절하시고, 영어와 그 외 다양한 언어로 소통을 막힘없이 하시는 것을 보았습니다. whatsapp으로 실시간으로 소통도 해주셔서 자전거 타는 내내 안심이 됐습니다. 피엔차에 묵으신다면 무조건 추천합니다. 피엔차 안에서는 볼 수 없는 풍경을 볼 수 있습니다.

Stephanie obviously loves what she does. I heard about her bike rental business before we left Vancouver, Canada. Unfortunately when we arrived in Pienza, all of her bikes were rented out on the only day we were able to ride. Luckily the hotel that we were staying at had bikes for rent (not nearly as good as E-bike Tuscany) Stephanie was kind enough to download a beautiful route for my wife and I to take. It was my wife’s birthday and Stephanie made it a special day. Appreciate your kindness.

We had a wonderful experience with this ebike.
Steffi gave clear explanations and made the ride easy to follow and enjoyable. In the middle of the trip, my partner was unfortunately hurt, but Steffi came to us immediately, helped with everything we needed, and didn’t even charge us for the interruption. The journey itself was very well planned and overall it was a really nice and memorable experience.
Highly recommended!

Les vélos sont en excellent états, le service est top et super sympathique. Il y a aussi des sorties guidées. À ne pas manquer si vous passez par Pienza.

I had a wonderful experience renting an e-bike here! The bikes were in excellent condition, very comfortable, and perfect for exploring the hills and small towns around Pienza. The staff was kind, professional, and gave clear instructions, which made everything easy and stress-free. Thanks to the e-bike, I was able to enjoy the beautiful views of Val d’Orcia without worrying about the steep climbs. Highly recommended!

You must do this with this company in Tuscany. The routes are out of this world and so many to choose from for every level.

The bikes are fantastic - anyone can do this. You decide your speed and your stops.
The app is so easy to use you can’t get lost.

The owner is so super helpful and kind. She gives you extra batteries to use for your phone and helps with all the set up and initial training.

I recently had the chance to take an electric bike tour through the stunning hills of Tuscany, accompanied by the owner of the company and our guide, Matti. The ride was smooth and effortless, thanks to the quality of the e-bikes provided. They had excellent battery life, easily handling the steep inclines of the Tuscan countryside, and were comfortable to ride for long periods. Matti, our guide, was knowledgeable and friendly, sharing interesting stories about the region as we passed vineyards and ancient villages. It was an unforgettable way to experience the beauty of Tuscany with ease and fun!

Big thanks to Steffi and Jon for making my E-bike experience memorable. I went with ideas where I would like to go and Steffi helped me to better plan, avoid private routes and put extra stops for me that were breathtaking views and hidden gems. Jon supported me when my tire got flat in the middle of my route. He arrived in 10minutes and fixed my bike immediately. I was so happy with their professionalism and their communication. Really how a business should be managed! Absolutely recommend :)
